Provided are: a flame-retardant polybutylene terephthalate resin composition which exhibits excellent flame retardance, glow-wire properties (GWIT), tracking resistance and bleed resistance in spite of a fact that a polybutylene terephthalate resin is used as a sole resin component; and a molded product of the resin composition. A flame-retardant polybutylene telephthalate resin composition containing (A) a polybutylene telephthalate resin, (B) a phosphinic acid salt, (C) a phosphazene compound, and (D) a nitrogen-containing cyclic compound, which exhibits a flame retardance in accordance with a UL94 flammability test of V-0, a glow-wire ignition temperature (GWIT) in accordance with IEC60695-2-13 standard of 775°C or more, and a comparative tracking index (CTI) in accordance with IEC60112 standard of 400 V or more, and bleed out does not occur when the composition is treated at 110°C for 20 hours.

The present invention relates to a preparation for a polyurethane foam and a polymer polyol preparation for a polyurethane foam, each of which exhibits high coloration and discoloration inhibition properties over a long period of time when stored, and to a composition for a polyurethane foam, which is excellent in storage stability and is preferable as a resin premix. The composition for a polyurethane foam of the present invention is characterized by comprising (i) at least one polyol selected from a polyoxyalkylene polyol and a polymer polyol wherein polymer fine particles obtained by polymerizing a compound having an unsaturated bond are dispersed in the polyoxyalkylene polyol, (ii) a compound having a P=N bond, (iii) an antioxidant having a hydroxyphenyl group, (iv) at least one acid selected from the group consisting of an acyclic aliphatic monocarboxylic acid of 2 to 25 carbon atoms, a hydroxycarboxylic acid of 2 to 25 carbon atoms, a polycarboxylic acid of 20 to 60 carbon atoms, a specific aromatic monocarboxylic acid, a sulfonic acid and an acid having a sulfuric acid ester group, or its salt, (v) a catalyst for polyurethane foam production and (vi) a blowing agent.

The compound comprises a polycarbonate and non-halogenated polyphosphazene as a flame retardant, along with talc, polytetrafluoroethylene, and optionally, a potassium salt of perfluorobutane sulfonic acid. The compound can achieve a UL 94 rating of V-0 at two different thicknesses of less than 1 mm.

The composition comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane having at least 2 alkenyl groups bonded to silicon atoms per molecule; (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least 2 hydrogen atoms bonded to silicon atoms per molecule; (C) an addition reaction catalyst; (D) a fine powder silica; (E) an organic compound represented by the following general formula (1):
wherein R 1 is a monovalent hydrocarbon group and n is an integer of 2 to 10; (F) an organosilicon compound having an epoxy group and an alkoxy group bonded to a silicon atom in the molecule; and (G) either one or both of a titanium compounds and a zirconium compounds. When used for the silicone rubber coating layer on air bag base fabric, excellent low burning speed defined by FMVSS-302 is realized and the cured coating layer exhibits low surface tackiness with high anti-blocking property.
