摘要: A reaction furnace (100) in this reaction device (10) is cylindrical and has a supply port for receiving a supplied starting material on one end side and a delivery port for a reaction product on the other end side. A temperature control area (110) includes a heating device or a cooling device and controls the temperature of the reaction furnace at a predetermined position in an intermediate section between the supply port and the delivery port. A screw (120) extends from one end side to the other end side of the reaction furnace and thereby rotates so as to make it possible to convey the starting material supplied from the supply port toward the delivery port. A first fluid control area (130) includes a first fluid inlet and a first fluid outlet for causing a first fluid to pass through the reaction furnace in a predetermined area in the intermediate section. A second fluid control area (140) includes a second fluid inlet and a second fluid outlet for causing a second fluid to pass through an area different from the first fluid control area in the intermediate section.

The adhesive layer is a dried product of a composition for adhesive layer containing at least a particulate polymer A, and the composition for adhesive layer has a particle diameter (D10) at which a cumulative volume calculated from a small diameter end of a volume-basis particle diameter distribution reaches 10%, which is larger than a surface roughness (Sa) of the electrode.

摘要: The present invention is a negative electrode including negative electrode active material particles, wherein the negative electrode was charged at least once, the negative electrode active material particles contain silicon oxide particles coated with a carbon layer, and the silicon oxide particles contain Li2SiO3 in at least a part thereof, outermost surfaces of the negative electrode active material particles are covered with a composite coating containing Si, O, C, and H, and a TOF-SIMS spectrum of a surface of the negative electrode active material particles obtained by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry has at least one negative secondary ion peak of a peak attributed to SiHO3-, a peak attributed to SiO2CH3-, and a peak attributed to SiOCH3-. This can provide: a negative electrode that can achieve sufficient battery cycle characteristics while containing a silicon-based negative electrode material; a lithium-ion secondary battery having this negative electrode; and a method for manufacturing this lithium-ion secondary battery.

摘要: Embodiments of the present application provide a method and device for correcting positions of tabs of an electrode assembly. The electrode assembly includes anode electrode plates and cathode electrode plates stacked alternately in a first direction. The method includes: determining whether there are a plurality of consecutive tabs misaligned with each other in a first electrode plate assembly; and adjusting, if there are a plurality of consecutive tabs misaligned with each other, a cutting position of the first electrode plate assembly to adjust a width of first electrode plates obtained after cutting, such that tabs of a plurality of first electrode plates obtained after cutting the first electrode plate assembly are aligned with each other, the first electrode plates being anode electrode plates or cathode electrode plates. The method and device for correcting positions of tabs of an electrode assembly according to the embodiments of the present application can effectively correct the positions of the tabs and improve the performance and the manufacturing efficiency of the electrode assembly.

摘要: Embodiments of the present application provide a battery, an electrical device, and a method and device for fabricating a battery. The battery comprises: a box body; and at least one first battery cell and at least one second battery cell, which are contained in the box body, the first battery cells and the second battery cells being different-shaped polyhedral structures, wherein the first battery cells and the second battery cells each comprise two walls connected to one another, one wall thereamong is perpendicular to a first direction, and the other wall is inclined relative to the first direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to an upper cover or a bottom wall of the box body; and the relatively inclined wall is used for attaching to the wall of an adjacent battery cell, so as to form an interaction force in the first direction between the inclined wall and the adjacent wall. According to the battery, the electrical device, and the method and device for fabricating a battery provided in the present application, the strength of a battery may be enhanced, thereby improving the safety of the battery.
