A multi-color small amount painting system of the present invention stores small unit amounts of paint having a variety of paint colors and may selectively feed desired color paint to a painter of a painting robot or the like. The painting system stores the paint having a large number of paint colors in a stock unit in the form of paint cartridges (2). The paint cartridge (2) of the paint color selected is picked up from the stock unit (3) and carried by a carrier (4) and is loaded on the painting robot (1) or an automatic painting device. Subsequently, the paint within the paint cartridge loaded is fed to the painter of the painting robot (1) or the automatic painting device by a paint feeding mechanism. In addition, the system ensure an advantage that the painting system is high in efficiency of painting work including the exchange of colors and is small in size as a whole.

This display lights when a terminal voltage between the terminals of respective unit cells of a high voltage cell constituted by connecting in series a large number (n) of unit cells is or was below a first set value (V 1 ). A second light emission display circuit for emitting light for display in different colors from that of the first light emission display circuit when the terminal voltage exceeds a second set value (V 2 ) may be provided in the voltage detection circuit and in this case, light emitting diodes having a red color are used for the first light emission display circuit, and light emitting diodes having a green color are used for the second light emission display circuit. Since degradation of the unit cell car be detected at an initial stage, the cell life can be increased, and the environmental problem can be improved by eliminating wastes.

This invention relates to an alternator rotor and its manufacturing method, said rotor having a first rotor member (1) on which a plurality of teeth (11) have been formed, plus a second rotor member (2) arranged so that its teeth are positioned in the spaces in the cylindrical surface formed by the teeth of said first rotor member. A cylindrically-shaped magnetic material (20) is cut to match the shape of the teeth (11) and is separated into a first rotor member (1) and a second rotor member (2). A plurality of teeth (11) is formed on the first rotor member (1), and teeth are formed on the second rotor member (2) so that they are positioned in the spaces in the cylindrical surface formed by the teeth of the first rotor member. The two rotor members (1,2) are mechanically joined by laying each of two rings (8,9) across the tips of the teeth (11) of one rotor member and across the bases of the teeth of the other rotor member. Given this construction and method of manufacture, rotors can be manufactured in fewer manhours, electrical efficiency can be improved by increasing the number of poles, and the incidence of defective products is decreased, which means that manufacturing yield can be increased. In addition, because the fabrication of the teeth (11) can be automated and the welding can be performed easily from the outside, fabrication precision can be increased and quality stabilized.

The normally closed type and normally opened type solenoid valves (27, 28) are operated by a control unit (29) in response to a low µ road start, a low µ road run, a straight run and a brake so as to charge and discharge compressed air to and from the cylinder (23) and thereby to control air pressure in the cylinder (23). A power device (60) for a vehicle is composed by adding an engine control cylinder (65) disposed in an acceleration control mechanism (64) and an engine control valve (66) for charging and discharging compressed air to the cylinder, and wherein during a low µ road run of the vehicle the engine control valve (66) is operated by the control unit (29) to charge compressed air to the engine control cylinder (65) thereby to cause the engine control cylinder (65) an acceleration return.
