    摘要: A multi-use die system (10) is provided having a die holder (20) with reference marks (20r, 20c) disposed circumferentially and radially along the longitudinal axis of the holder, and a multi-use die plate (30) for magnetic affixation to the die holder (20) which impresses a pattern onto a material blank. The die plate has a straight and angular reference marks (60, 62) disposed thereon which are adapted to align with the radial and longitudinal reference marks on the die holder so as to properly align the die on the die holder (20) at a predetermined position. In a straigth rotary die system, the die is aligned such that the straight reference mark (60) on the die is aligned with the respective corresponding radial and circumferential references on the die holder.     摘要: An in situ underground sample analyzing apparatus for use in a multilevel borehole monitoring system is disclosed. A casing assembly comprising a plurality of elongate tubular casings (24) separated by measurement port couplers (26) is coaxially alignable in a borehole (20). The measurement port couplers (26) include an inlet measurement port (70b) for collecting fluid from an underground measurement zone (32) and an outlet measurement port (70a) for releasing fluid into the measurement zone (32). An in situ sample analyzing probe (124) is orientable in the casing assembly. The in situ sample analyzing probe (124) includes inlet and outlet probe ports (148b and 148a) alignable and mateable with the inlet and outlet measurement ports (70b and 70a). The inlet and outlet measurement ports (70b and 70a) typically include valves. When the operation of the in situ sample analyzing probe (124) causes the valves to open, the interior of the in situ sample analyzing probe (124) is then in fluid communication with the exterior of the measurement port coupler (26).

    摘要: In the field of CrMoV heat-resistant alloys for use in turbine rotors, in order to provide a low-alloy steel which has a toughness at the same level as conventional materials and has excellent high-temperature strength properties, particularly inhibition of creep embrittlement, and in order to provide a process for producing such a low-alloy steel and a turbine rotor in which such a low-alloy steel is used, trace impurities of phosphorus, sulfur, copper, aluminum, arsenic, tin, and antimony in a CrMoV heat-resistant alloy are reduced to specific levels or lower. In addition, trace impurities such as cobalt, niobium, tantalum, nitrogen, and boron are added to increase the creep strength according to a test using an unnotched test piece. In addition, according to the production process, quenching is carried out after heating to 1000°C or higher so as to inhibit precipitation of pro-eutectoid ferrite phase.
