Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing molded bodies from sheet steel galvanized on one or both sides starting from galvanized steel strip, wherein at least one of the method steps is a transport process, and wherein an anti-corrosion oil containing at least one phosphoric acid polyoxyalkylene ester is applied to protect against "black spot corrosion."
Abstract:
The invention relates to adducts that can be obtained by reacting carbonyl compounds of general formula (I) in which the variables are defined as follows: R1 and R2 are selected among hydrogen, C1-C12 alkyl, C3-C12 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted, C7-C13 aralkyl, C6-C14 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted, whereby R1 and R2 can be bound to one another while forming a ring. These carbonyl compounds are reacted with cyclic compounds of general formula (II) in which the variables are defined as follows: X is selected among oxygen, sulfur and N-R8; R3 and R8 are the same or different and are selected among hydrogen, C1-C12 alkyl, C3-C12 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted, C7-C13 aralkyl, C6-C14 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted, formyl, CO-C1-C12 alkyl, CO-C3-C12 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted, CO-C7-C13 aralkyl, CO-C6-C14 aryl, whereby in the event X = N-R8, R3 and R8 can be bound to one another while forming a ring; R4, R5 and R6 are the same or different and are selected among hydrogen, C1-C12 alkyl, C3-C12 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted, C7-C13 aralkyl, C6-C14 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted, whereby two adjacent radicals at time can be bound to one another while forming a ring; n represents a integer ranging from 1 to 4, and; R7 is the same or different and is selected among hydrogen, C1-C12 alkyl, C3-C12 cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted, C7-C13 aralkyl, C6-C14 aryl, substituted or unsubstituted, whereby two adjacent radicals R7 at time can be bound to one another or R6 or R4 can be bound to adjacent R7 while forming a ring.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing leather, characterized in that Cr(III)-containing semifinished products are treated with one or more thioethers comprising at least 10 C atoms per molecule in an aqueous medium.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for the production of leather, characterized in that pelts, pickled pelts or semifinished products are treated with at least one copolymer (A), which is obtained from the copolymerization of the following comonomers: (a) at least one ethylenically unsaturated C3-C10 carbonic acid, or at least one ethylenically unsaturated C4-C10 dicarbonic acid or the anhydride thereof, (b) at least one (meth)acrylate of an α-branched C3-C10 alkanol, (c) at least one (meth)acrylate of a primary C4-C20 alkanol.
Abstract:
A method for producing leather consists in using products obtained by reacting (A) at least one type of cyclic organic carbonate with (B) at least one compound containing at least two nucleophilic per molecule groups which are selected from sulphuric acid, hydroxyl, primary or secondary amino or mercapto groups.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing leather, which is characterized in that pelts, pickled pelts, or semifinished products are treated with at least one polymer that can be obtained by copolymerizing (A) at least one ethylenically unsaturated monocarboxylic acid or dicarboxylic acid comprising 3 to 8 C atoms or at least one anhydride derived from a monocarboxylic acid or dicarboxylic acid comprising 3 to 8 C atoms, (B) at least one vinyl aromatic compound, (C) at least one alkoxylated unsaturated ether of general formula (I), (D) optionally, additional monoethylenically unsaturated monomers. The variables in formula (I) are defined as follows: R , R , R are identical or different and are selected among C1-C4 alkyl or hydrogen; R , R are identical or different and are selected among C1-C4 alkyl or hydrogen; R is selected among hydrogen, SO3M, PO3M2, C1-C30 alkyl, -CO-H (formyl), CO-C1-C20 alkyl, -CO-C6-C14 aryl; M represents alkali metal, NH4 , or CH3; n represents an integer between 3 and 100; and y represents an integer between 0 and 10.
