Abstract:
The invention relates to dosage forms containing preparations of active substances having a low-solubility in water in a polymer matrix comprising amphiphilic polyether-copolymers and at least one hydrophilic polymer, the active substance having a low-solubility in water being present in the polymer matrix in an amorphous form.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing solid, oral dosage forms with a controlled release of active ingredients. Said forms contain a mixture of a) at least one active ingredient, and b) a pre-formulated mixture of polyvinyl acetate and polyvinyl pyrrolidone, said mixture being obtained by combining components a) and b) in an extruder at temperatures of between 50° and 200°C.
Abstract:
The invention relates to polymeric, water-soluble salts of poorly water-soluble medicaments, comprising a polymer which is water-soluble at pH 2-13 of anionic character with a poorly-soluble medicament of cationic character.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for production of solid solutions of poorly soluble pesticides, power products obtained by such a method and the use thereof for pesticide formulations.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a directly compressible ibuprofen formulation containing a) 50 to 99 percent by weight of crystalline ibuprofen, b) 1 to 15 percent by weight of a highly dispersible adjuvant having a minimum surface of 100 m2/g, and c) 0 to 40 percent by weight of other adjuvants provided that the total quantity of components a) to c) amounts to 100 percent by weight, at least 50 percent of the surface of the ibuprofen crystals being coated with the highly dispersible adjuvant.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing powdered or granulated solid solutions from poorly-soluble substances which are molecularly dispersed in an auxiliary agent matrix consisting in atomising a solution containing the poorly-soluble active substance and matrix auxiliary agents, in heating the aqueous suspension of the poorly-soluble substance in the presence of the matrix auxiliary agents to temperatures which are higher than the boiling temperature thereof at a normal pressure, in transforming the poorly-soluble active substance into a solution, in solidifying the solution containing said poorly-soluble substance and matrix auxiliary agents by atomising and drying, wherein the spray solution has a temperature ranging from 90 °C to 350 °C prior to be introduced into an atomising device.
