    摘要: The present invention provides:

    an inorganic layered compound dispersion prepared by cleaving the inorganic layered compound to a thinner layer level and capable of providing high corrosion resistance and gas barrier properties when utilized in the form of a coating composition or a gas barrier coating composition;
    a gas barrier coating composition with which films having high transparency and satisfactory gas barrier properties can be obtained at low cost when the gas barrier layers are formed in a thinner film form and, when the film thickness is increased, films having good transparency and still better gas barrier properties can be obtained; and
    plastic- or paper-based gas barrier packaging containers having high gas barrier performance characteristics as obtainable by application of such a gas barrier coating composition.

    The present invention provides:

    an inorganic layered compound dispersion,
    wherein an inorganic layered compound (b) is dispersed using a peroxide (a) in a dispersion medium.

    摘要: A process is disclosed for the production of a purified pigment, in which electrolyte ions and fine particles of the opposite polarity have been either completely or partly eliminated so that the purified pigment will not become a hard cake in a slurry state and will hardly undergo secondary aggregation even when dried. The purified pigment is obtained by bringing an aqueous dispersion of particles of the pigment into contact with an H-type cation-exchange resin or an OH-type anion-exchange resin, whereby counter ions are ion-exchanged to either lower or raise the pH of the aqueous dispersion. As a result, the dispersion stability of the pigment particles is destroyed, and only acidic or basic pigment particles are caused to sediment and are hence separated. A process for the production of a highly-classified purified pigment is also provided. An aqueous dispersion of pigment particles is used after con­ducting ion-exchange treatment and deflocculating the pig­ment particles. The aqueous dispersion is classified rely­ing upon differences in sedimentation velocity among the pigment particles. followed by ion-exchange treatment to destroy the stability of the aqueous dispersion.

    摘要: Es wird ein kontinuierliches Verfahren zu einer aufeinanderfolgenden Behandlung von mit geringen Gasgeschwindigkeiten fluidisierbaren feinteiligen Feststoffen mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Gasen oder Gasgemischen in einem auf konstantes Niveau geregelten Fließbett im Gegenstrom vorgestellt. Dabei führt man die einzelnen Behandlungsgase verschiedenen Zonen der Behandlungsstrecke zu, wobei der Querschnitt in jeder Zone so gewählt wird, daß eine weitgehend konstante, lineare Strömungsgeschwindigkeit der Gase über die gesamte Behandlungsstrecke eingehalten wird und wobei die Länge der einzelnen Zonen so aufeinander abgestimmt wird, daß der in jeder Zone durchzuführende Behandlungsvorgang bis zu einem gewünschten Grade abläuft.
