    摘要: A longitudinally-coupled-resonator-type surface acoustic wave filter includes an unbalanced terminal (10), balanced terminals (20), a piezoelectric substrate, a first surface acoustic wave filter unit (11), a second surface acoustic wave filter unit (12), an unbalanced signal wiring line, balanced signal wiring lines, a pair of interstage wiring lines that connect the first surface acoustic wave filter unit (11) and the second surface acoustic wave filter unit (12) to each other, and ground wiring lines. The first surface acoustic wave filter unit (11) includes a first IDT (111) and a pair of a second IDT and a third IDT (112). The first IDT (111) includes a pair of first divided comb tooth shaped electrodes (111a) obtained by dividing a comb tooth shaped electrode on the side far from the unbalanced terminal (10) along a central axis x. The pair of first divided comb tooth shaped electrodes (111a) are connected by the interstage wiring lines to the second surface acoustic wave filter unit (12). A comb tooth shaped electrode of the second IDT and a comb tooth shaped electrode of the third IDT (112) on the side far from the unbalanced terminal (10) are respectively connected to ground wiring lines that are routed outside of the interstage wiring lines.

    摘要: A boundary acoustic wave filter device that is able to reduce an insertion loss within a pass band is provided. A longitudinally coupled resonator boundary acoustic wave filter device 100 includes: a piezoelectric substance made of LiNbO 3 having a principal plane obtained by rotating the Y-axis through 15 degrees +-10 degrees; a dielectric substance made of silicon oxide and laminated on the piezoelectric substance; and an electrode structure arranged at a boundary between the piezoelectric substance and the dielectric substance. The electrode structure includes: a plurality of IDTs 112 to 114, 122 to 124, 132 to 134, 142 to 144, 152 to 154, and 162 to 164, arranged in a direction in which a boundary acoustic wave propagates; and reflectors 111, 115, 121, 125, 131, 135, 141, 145, 151, 155, 161 and 165, and wherein where in each of the plurality of IDTs, the overlap width of electrode fingers is W and the interval of electrode fingers is P, 20 ≤ W/P ≤ 45 is satisfied.

    摘要: On a piezoelectric substrate, there are formed a plurality of longitudinally-connected resonator type elastic wave filter elements, which are cascade-connected so as to constitute an elastic wave filter. By reducing the adverse affect of the parasitic capacitance coming into the cascade connection between the longitudinally-connected resonator type elastic wave filter elements, it is possible to improve the impedance matching at the cascade connection point and improve VSWR at the elastic wave filter I/O terminal. The elastic wave filter (350) includes a piezoelectric substrate (300) having a cascade connection of two longitudinally-connected resonator type elastic wave filters (306, 312), each connecting three IDT (302, 303, 304; 308, 309, 310) formed along the propagation direction of the elastic wave. At least in one of the longitudinally-connected resonator type elastic wave filters (306, 311), the IDT (302, 304; 308, 310) have an electrode finger pitch smaller than the electrode finger pitch of the other IDT (303; 309).
