The invention relates to a dosing device for volumetrically dosing pourable dosing material, preferably pourable sample material, comprising at least one metering unit (3) that is open towards the top and that is preferably shaped like a beaker. The opening edge (22) of said metering unit defines an opening cross-section, and at least one dosing blade (24) comprising a blade edge (25) that is associated with the opening cross-section and that is preferably parallel to said section. The metering unit and/or the dosing blade is/are displaceable in order to obtain a lateral relative blade movement between the metering unit (3) and the blade edge (25). The aim of the invention is to improve said dosing device in an advantageous manner such that a longitudinal guide (26), along which the dosing blade (24) can be guidingly displaced in a transversal manner to the opening cross-section (23), is provided and that maintaining means (34) that are suitable for producing and adjusting in a dimensionally adjustable manner the maintaining force (61) acting upon the dosing blade (24) in relation to the longitudinal guide (26). When the forces (60) that are exerted upon the dosing blade (24), after the stripping process, exceed the maintaining force, the dosing blade (24) is displaced back along the longitudinal guide (26).

A pump in a beverage system pumps a set amount of concentrate from a concentrate container and into a mixing container for mixing with water to form a beverage. The pump includes a motor that drives a piston both linearly and rotatably. A portion of the piston is received in a compartment of the pump and includes a substantially cylindrical body surface having a cylindrical portion and an irregular surface. When concentrate is to be drawn into the compartment, the irregular surface of the piston is proximate to the inlet of the pump and the cylindrical surface covers the outlet. As the piston moves, the concentrate is drawn into a part of the compartment defined between the walls of the compartment and the irregular surface of the piston. The irregular surface of the piston eventually approaches the outlet, and the concentrate trapped in the compartment and expelled through the outlet.

Die Pulverdosiervorrichtung umfasst ein Dosierelement (10), das ein einseitig geöffnetes, rohrförmiges Vorratsgefäß (12) zur Aufnahme des zu dosierenden Pulvers und einen Stempel (16) aufweist, der axial beweglich ist und das rohrförmige Vorratsgefäß (12) an dessen der Öffnung (14) abgewandtem Ende reversibel verschließt. Zur Aufnahme des Pulvers wird das Dosierelement 10 mit seiner Öffnung (14) voran mit einer vorgegebenen Kraft in eine in einer Dosiervorlage (20) vorgelegte Schüttung (22) des zu dosierenden Pulvers getaucht.

The depicted dosing device (10) has a chamber (16) for holding a larger quantity of the preparation and a dosing element (22) on which a dosing chamber (52) is formed whose volume corresponds to a defined partial quantity of the preparation and which can move between a filling position, in which the dosing chamber (52) is to be filled with preparation from the chamber (16), and a dosing position, in which the preparation is to be discharged from the dosing chamber (52) and out of the dosing device (10). The volume of the dosing chamber (52) for supplying the defined partial quantity of the preparation, which is to be discharged out of the dosing device (10), can be adjusted. The invention also relates to a method for dosing preparations of this type.

Der Flüssigspeisenspender weist ein Gehäuse (1) auf, in dem sich ein herausnehmbarer Flüssigspeisenbehälter (6) befindet. An einer am Gehäuse (1) gelagerten Welle (3) sind ein Schöpfarm (4) mit einem Schöpfbecher (5) und ein außen liegender Betätigungshebel (2) angebracht. Durch Verschwenken des Betätigungshebels (2) wird der Schöpfbecher (5) aus dem Flüssigspeisenbehälter (6) herausgehoben und gleichzeitig gekippt, so daß sein Inhalt in eine zum Auslauf (8) führende schräge Auffangrinne (7) fällt. Beim Hochschwenken des Schöpfbechers (5) werden die in der Flüssigspeise enthaltenen festen Bestandteile durch Verwirbeiung im Flüssigspeisenbehalter gleichmäßig verteilt, so daß der Anteil an Feststoffen bei aen einzelnen Portionen gleichmäßig ist.
