The solid-phase extraction apparatus includes a sample dispensing unit 5 that dispenses a sample solution 1, a solid-phase extraction unit 6 that carries out a solid-phase extraction process of applying a pressure to the sample solution 1 dispensed by the sample dispensing unit 5 and extracting the measurement component from the sample solution 1, and a converting unit that measures the viscosity of the sample solution 1 and determines the pressure to be applied to a solid-phase extraction cartridge based on the information of the measured viscosity of the sample solution 1.

    摘要: The present invention addresses the problem of providing an attachment structure that ensures a large crushing amount of a fluid injecting attachment for sealing around an inlet, in which the fluid injecting attachment will not be deformed or damaged. This problem is solved by an attachment structure of a pipette 100 and a fluid injecting attachment 1, which includes a first cylindrical hole 21 into which a tip end portion 101 having a tapered shape of the pipette 100 is inserted, on one end side of an attachment main body 2 formed in a cylindrical shape by a rubber elastic body, and a second cylindrical hole 22 that is communicated with the first cylindrical hole 21 and out through which fluid inside the pipette 100 flows, on the other end side, and a step portion 23 between the first cylindrical hole 21 and the second cylindrical hole 22 due to the second cylindrical hole 22 being formed with a smaller diameter than the first cylindrical hole 21, in which a washer 3 is provided on the step portion 23, the tip end portion 101 of the pipette 100 is inserted through the first cylindrical hole 21 and inserted into the washer 3, and while the tip end portion 101 is in a state inserted into the washer 3, the second cylindrical hole 22 has a crush allowance 24 farther toward a tip end side than the tip end portion 101.
