Die Erfindung betrifft eine Bohrlochreinigungsvorrichtung mit einer Überdruckquelle, die an eine Rohr-/Schlaucheinheit angeschlossen ist. Die Vorrichtung weist eine Führungsvorrichtung (8) auf, über welche sie in einem Bohrloch (10) insbesondere translatorisch beweglich ist und welche das vordere Ende der Rohr-/Schlaucheinheit (6) in dem Bohrloch (10) zentriert. Jenseits der Führungsvorrichtung (8), also am vorderen Ende der Rohr-/Schlaucheinheit (6), ist die Mündung (12) einer Unterdruckleitung (2) vorgesehen. Die Mündung (14) einer Überdruckleitung (4) ist von dieser beabstandet angeordnet. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem eine Bohrlochreinigungsvorrichtung mit einer Rohr-/Schlaucheinheit. Die Vorrichtung weist eine Führungsvorrichtung (8) auf, über welche sie in einem Bohrloch (10) insbesondere translatorisch beweglich ist und welche das vordere Ende der Rohr-/Schlaucheinheit (6) in dem Bohrloch (10) zentriert. Jenseits der Führungsvorrichtung (8), also am vorderen Ende der Rohr-/Schlaucheinheit (6), ist die Mündung (12) einer Unterdruckleitung (2) vorgesehen ist. Die Erfindung betrifft zudem eine Bohrlochreinigungsvorrichtung mit einer Überdruckquelle (60), die an eine Rohr-/Schlaucheinheit (6) angeschlossen ist. Die Vorrichtung weist eine Führungsvorrichtung (8) auf, über welche sie in einem Bohrloch (10) insbesondere translatorisch beweglich ist und welche das vordere Ende der Rohr-/Schlaucheinheit (6) in dem Bohrloch (10) zentriert. Die Mündung (12) einer Unterdruckleitung (2) ist an der Rohr-/Schlaucheinheit (6) vorgesehen. Die Mündung (14) einer Überdruckleitung (4) ist von dieser beabstandet angeordnet. The invention relates to a tool drive (1) having a spindle shaft (3) for a chip-removing machining, comprising at least one axial electromagnetic actuator and a control and/or regulating device (16) for the operation of the axial actuator for the change in position in a longitudinally axially manner of the spindle shaft (3). It is proposed that at least one axial magnetic bearing (14) and/or a linear motor is/are provided as at least part of the axial actuator. In a secondary aspect, an operating method for an above-mentioned tool drive (1) having a spindle shaft (3) and an axial magnetic bearing (14) is proposed, wherein an adjustable axial microvibration movement of the spindle shaft (3) is superimposed by at least one axial electromagnetic actuator independently of a feed in order to influence the resulting chip size and chip form of the material removal in boreholes, especially in deep-hole boreholes.

The micro peck unit further includes interposable rolling elements arranged to be re-positioned into a gap between two circular contact surfaces in order to separate the cam profile from the follower, such that no oscillating movement is produced by the unit when the interposable rolling elements are positioned inside the gap between the contact surfaces.
