    摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Umlauf-Lagersystem (1) mit wenigstens zwei Lagersäulen (4) aus übereinander angeordneten, in Betrieb umlaufenden Lagergutträgern (5), mit wenigstens einer Horizontalfördereinrichtung (9), die durch die im Betrieb die Lagergutträger von der einen Lagersäule zu der anderen Lagersäule überführbar sind, und mit einer Vertikalfördereinrichtung (7a,7b,7c,7d), die durch im Betrieb wenigstens ein Teil der Lagersäule (4) in senkrechter Richtung bewegbar ist. Derartige bekannte Umlauf-Lagersysteme haben den Nachteil, dass sie nur durch eine Verlängerung der Lagersäule erweiterbar sind, wozu am Aufstellort entsprechende Platzverhältnisse notwendig sind und dass bei großen Lagerkapazitäten die Zugriffszeiten zu lange dauern. Um diese Nachteile zu vermeiden, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass die Umlauf-Lagersysteme (1) des Weiteren wenigstens eine weitere Vertikalfördereinrichtung (7a,7b,7c,7d) aufweisen, dass jede Vertikalfördereinrichtung (7a,7b,7c,7d) einer Lagersäule (4) zugeordnet ist, und dass jede Lagersäule (4) durch die ihr zugeordnete Vertikalfördereinrichtung (7a,7b,7c,7d) unabhängig von der anderen Lagersäule (4) in senkrechter Richtung bewegbar ist.

    摘要： A plant (1), preferably a freezer tunnel for temporary storage of items, and comprising an inlet station (3) and a discharge station (2) and a conveyor (4) for carrying the items through the plant, may be provided with a buffer effect in a simple manner. The conveyor (4) loops around fixed turning rolls (9). The buffer storage is established in that a drive member (14) for the conveyor (4) is provided both at the inlet and the discharge station (2, 3). Any one of these two drive members is constructed to be operated at a speed that is different from the speed of the other drive member. Furthermore, the drive members at the discharge station may be reversed in order to move the conveyor in the discharge station back into the freezer tunnel. As the trolley (17) is in a freely displaceable position, a difference in speed will mean that the conveyor section (24) between the trolley (17) and the fixed turning rolls at one side of the plant may be enlarged and reduced. The conveyor section (24) will run between the two stations without being loaded with items for storage.

    摘要： An integrated warehousing system for storing and retrieving goods as well as preparing the goods for their ultimate disposition is disclosed. The warehousing system includes numerous modular components that may be added to or subtracted from the system to accommodate a particular warehousing need. Inventoried goods placed in containers are stored on a rotational storage carousel (10). A plurality of work stations (22) each having an associated temporary storage queue (16) are integrated with the carousel to facilitate high volume handling operations. Containers (25) delivered from the storage carousel (10) are brought to the temporary queue (16) where they are held until an operator is prepared to work with the goods stored therein. The container is then delivered to a work area (13) where the operator performs the desired task. The containers (25) may then be delivered either to another appropriate work station or back to the storage carousel.
