    摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schneidmaschine für strangförmige Lebensmittel mit einem Schneidmesser (12) für das strangförmige Lebensmittel, das an einem Exzenterarm (80) rotierbar gelagert ist. Es ist ein Schacht zur Aufnahme des strangförmigen Lebensmittels vorhanden, wobei der Schacht einen ersten Schachtbereich und einen zweiten Schachtbereich aufweist, die durch einen Schlitz zumindest teilweise voneinander getrennt sind. Oberhalb des Schachts ist eine Antriebswelle (14) zum Antreiben des Exzenterarms (80) für das Schneidmesser (12) angeordneten. Erfindungsgemäß ist hinter dem Schacht eine Zwischenwand (74) angeordnet, die parallel zur Längsrichtung des Schachts verläuft. Dabei ist die Zwischenwand (74) lediglich im Bereich des ersten Schachtbereichs oder lediglich im Bereich des zweiten Schachtbereichs vorhanden. Das Schneidmesser (12) ist neben der Zwischenwand (74) positioniert.
