Un déplacement en translation du piston (15) en cas de différence de pression entre les fluides (F1, F2) respectivement admis dans les deuxièmes conduits (17, 17') provoque un glissement d'un obturateur (20, 20') le long de la rampe (21, 21') et par suite fournit un apport de fluide (F1, F2) depuis un premier conduit (16, 16') vers le deuxième conduit (17, 17') d'un même chemin fluidique.

In an aspect of the present invention, an actuation system includes: a pump assembly (11) configured to form a pump chamber; an actuator (6) having first and second chambers and a movable member (42) and configured to convert pressures applied to the first and second chambers into a movement of the movable member; and a valve section (12;13). A controller (7) controls the valve section to open a first flow path between the pump chamber and the first chamber and close a second flow path between the pump chamber with the second chamber, during a discharge period during which the pump chamber is pressurized, in a first mode; to close the first flow path and open the second flow path during an intake period during which the pump chamber is depressurized, in the first mode; to close the first flow path and open the second flow path during the discharge period in a second mode; and to open the first flow path and close the second flow path during the intake period in the second mode.

A hub mounted actuation system (20) for providing control of a portion of a rotor blade, on a rotorcraft. The rotor blade is attached to a rotor shaft (104) that rotates with respect to an airframe. The hub mounted actuation system includes a stationary support (106) mounted to the airframe and a rotary support (110) attached to the rotor shaft for concomitant rotation therewith. At least one hub actuator (112) rotates in combination with the rotor blade and includes a piston (114) which is slidable within a housing (116). The piston and housing define a pressure chamber within the actuator which contains a fluid to be pressurized. A displacement control device is disposed between the stationary support and the rotary support for controlling movement of the piston within the housing. A linkage (26) connects the hub actuator to the portion of the blade to be controlled. The linkage is adapted to displace the blade portion as a function of the movement of the piston within the housing.
