    摘要: An intermediate frequency sensing circuit for a superheterodyne radio receiver, including a logic circuit (30) to which a signal (Eo) indicating the intermediate frequency output level and a signal (Em) indicating the high frequency output level are applied so that the logic circuit may produce a signal (D1) expressing the existence of broadcast waves received when the intermediate frequency signal output is larger while the high frequency signal output is smaller. This circuit can avoid a malfunction caused by spurious signals and also enables the pulse within the sensed signal to be nearly constant. Thus, this circuit may be applicable to an automatic tuning system and the like.

According to this delay circuit, a relatively large delay may be easily accomplished in a digital manner during the period up to the stoppage of output of a second signal after the termination of the first signal, even by the use of integrated circuits. This is adapted to be used for the tuning circuit for electronic-tuning type radio receivers.

    摘要: An electronically tuned radio receiver adapted for digital selection is provided with circuit means (b9) for detecting that the received frequency is outside a band, and circuits (60, 62, 48, 50) for bringing the received frequency back within the band in response to an output from the circuit means (b9). In changing over bands, these circuits make it possible to avoid the inconvenience of changing the received frequency to a value below the lower frequency limit of a band. Moreover, pulse generator circuits (144, 142) are connected to the strobe terminal G of a multiplexer (46) which changes over selection systems. This circuit is intended to rationalize selection speed.

    摘要: An idling stop apparatus is provided which can prevent a voltage of a battery from being lowered even when a microcomputer is reset. In an idling stop apparatus 1a, when a reset condition is established, reset information indicating that the reset condition is established is stored in a latch circuit 3a, and a microcomputer 2 disables an idling stop function when the reset information is stored. The reset information is stored in the latch circuit 3a even when the microcomputer 2 is being reset or even after the microcomputer is reset. Accordingly, the microcomputer 2 after the reset can disable the idling stop function. As a result, it is possible to prevent the voltage of the battery 51 from being lowered due to the idling stop function.

    摘要: There is provided an engine-start control technology that can prevent abnormal noises from occurring when controlling a starter system and malfunctions from occurring when an engine is started. The engine control device controls the startup of an engine in a vehicle by directing a current from a power source to a coil that causes an output shaft of a starter motor to engage with or disengage from the engine. The engine control device is provided with a delay unit which delays or cuts off a flow of current from a first current system, which directs current to the coil, to a second current system, which directs current to the starter motor. When a starter switch, which turns the flow of current from the power source to the first current system on or off, is turned on and electricity flows to the first current system, the delay unit delays the current flowing from the first current system to the second current system. When electricity flows to the first current system as a result of a controller having turned a first switch on, the delay unit cuts off the flow of electricity from the first current system to the second current system. This makes it possible to prevent abnormal noises from occurring when controlling the starter system and malfunctions from occurring when the engine is started.

    摘要: In order that charging can be resumed properly even when insertion and removal of a connector of a charging cable are repeated, a control apparatus includes a power control unit that turns on a charging mode signal when a state of a signal changes from a state with no change for a certain period of time to a state with a change, to activate a charging control unit, and turns off the charging mode signal when detecting a charging completion signal which is turned on by the charging control unit, the signal being outputted from a signal generating unit included in the charging cable which connects a power source external to a vehicle to the vehicle and being according to a state of electrical energy supply from the power source; and the charging control unit that charges an energy storage apparatus included in the vehicle through the charging cable when detecting the charging mode signal which is turned on by the power control unit, and turns on the charging completion signal when the charging has been completed, and thereafter turns off the charging completion signal when detecting that the charging mode signal has been turned off by the power control unit.
