    摘要: In order that charging can be resumed properly even when insertion and removal of a connector of a charging cable are repeated, a control apparatus includes a power control unit that turns on a charging mode signal when a state of a signal changes from a state with no change for a certain period of time to a state with a change, to activate a charging control unit, and turns off the charging mode signal when detecting a charging completion signal which is turned on by the charging control unit, the signal being outputted from a signal generating unit included in the charging cable which connects a power source external to a vehicle to the vehicle and being according to a state of electrical energy supply from the power source; and the charging control unit that charges an energy storage apparatus included in the vehicle through the charging cable when detecting the charging mode signal which is turned on by the power control unit, and turns on the charging completion signal when the charging has been completed, and thereafter turns off the charging completion signal when detecting that the charging mode signal has been turned off by the power control unit.

    摘要: A vehicle includes a power storage device (150) for driving the vehicle, a charging inlet (270) for receiving electric power from a power supply (402) provided externally to the vehicle, a charging circuit (294) for charging the power storage device (150) with the electric power from the power supply (402), and an electric power line (281, 282) for connecting the charging inlet (270) and the charging circuit (294). An abnormality detection apparatus for the vehicle includes a voltage application circuit (293) for applying a test voltage to the power line (281, 282), and an ECU (170) as a short circuit detection unit. The ECU (170) detects short circuit of the power line (281, 282) when a voltage value (VH, VC) of the power line (281, 282) is out of a predetermined normal range including a value of the test voltage, while the voltage application circuit (293) applies the test voltage to the power line (281, 282). The ECU (170) determines, based on the voltage value (VH, VC) of the power line (281, 282), which of a plurality of short circuit modes corresponds to the detected short circuit.
