摘要: An engine (8) is mounted to a vehicle body by means of vibration isolating mounts (8E), and a support member (15) is mounted to the engine (8). Vibration isolating members (20) are provided between this support member (15) and a mounting bracket (17) mounted to an exhaust gas treatment device (16). Accordingly, even in cases where the engine (8) has generated high-frequency vibrations, these vibrations can be damped by the vibration isolating mounts (8E) and the vibration isolating members (20). In consequence, treatment members constituting the exhaust gas treatment device (16), such as a catalyst, a filter, and a sensor, can be protected from the vibrations of the engine (8). In addition, as the exhaust gas treatment device (16) is provided with the mounting bracket (17), the vibration isolating members (20) can be reliably mounted to the exhaust gas treatment device (16) by means of the mounting bracket (17).

摘要: To provide a hybrid type construction machine in which work can be kept on even if the amount of electricity stored in an electric storage device is out of an appropriate value. Both a hydraulic motor 27 and an electric motor 25 are provided for driving an upper swing structure 20. When the amount of electricity stored in a capacitor 24 is appropriate, the upper swing structure 20 is driven by both the hydraulic motor 27 and the electric motor 25. When the amount of electricity stored in the capacitor 24 exceeds an appropriate value, the mode is changed over to a mode in which the upper swing structure 20 is driven only by the hydraulic motor 27, and an assist electric generation motor 23 is assist-driven or engine-driven to thereby rapidly return the amount of electricity stored in the capacitor 24 to an appropriate range. The capacity of the capacitor 24 can be reduced, and the amount of electricity stored in the capacitor can be managed without losing the operability of swing motion.

摘要: During a swing start, a pump torque calculating section associated with pump delivery pressure 43, a pump torque calculating section associated with swing operation pressure 44, and a maximum value selecting section 45 of a controller 38 performs control to change a maximum absorption torque of a second hydraulic pump 3 between Tb and Tc in accordance with a delivery pressure of the second hydraulic pump 3. In a combined swing operation combining swing with other motion, a subtraction section 47 performs a calculation to subtract a maximum absorption torque Tp2 of the second hydraulic pump 3 from a total pump torque Tr0 and control to thereby distribute an amount of torque reduced in the second hydraulic pump 3 to a first hydraulic pump 2 associated with an actuator other than a swing motor 7. An energy loss due to relief during the swing start can thereby be reduced to improve energy efficiency. Further, a required flow rate can be supplied to the swing motor during a process of transiting to a constant speed following the swing start, thus achieving a smooth shift to a constant speed swing. Improved combined work operability and work efficiency can therefore be achieved.

A controller (31) is provided with a pump delivery rate control unit (40) and a center bypass valve control unit (50). The pump delivery rate control unit (40) performs control processing to output, to a control terminal of a solenoid-operated proportional reducing valve (21), a control signal to make a displacement of a variable displacement hydraulic pump (10) smaller than a displacement corresponding to normal operation when a working element control device is in a manipulation mode considered to correspond to precision operation. The center bypass valve control unit (50) performs control processing to output, to a control terminal of a proportional solenoid valve (23), a control signal to make a center bypass valve (22) have a relatively large opening amount despite the center bypass valve (22) is in a switched state between a fully open position and a fully closed position when the working element control device is in a manipulation mode considered to correspond to the precision operation and a load pressure on a working element actuator is in a low state.

摘要: Provided is a hydraulic fluid energy regeneration device for a work machine, including: a regeneration hydraulic motor driven by discharged return hydraulic fluid; a first hydraulic pump mechanically connected to the regeneration hydraulic motor; a second hydraulic pump that delivers an hydraulic fluid for driving a first hydraulic actuator and/or a second hydraulic actuator; a junction line that allows the hydraulic fluid delivered by the second hydraulic pump to be joined; a second regulator that regulates the delivery flow rate of the second hydraulic pump; and a first regulator that regulates the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid coming from the first hydraulic pump and flowing through the junction line. A control unit includes: a first computing part that calculates a demanded pump flow rate in accordance with the input target replacement command for the second hydraulic pump, the first computing part further outputting a control command to the first regulator in such a manner that the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid coming from the first hydraulic pump and flowing through the junction line equals to or lower than the demanded pump flow rate; and a second computing part that subtracts from the demanded pump flow rate the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid coming from the first hydraulic pump to obtain a target pump flow rate, the second computing part further outputting a control command to the second regulator in such a manner that the calculated target pump flow rate is attained.

The monitoring and diagnosing device comprises: a classification information storage section (102) in which reference classification information is stored; a frequency information storage section (105) in which reference frequency information is stored; a first data classifier section (101) which reads out the reference classification information from the classification information storage section, compares the operational data, detected by the plurality of sensors and inputted in time sequence, with the reference classification information to thereby classify the operational data, and then generates operational data classification information; a frequency comparator section (104) which compiles the operational data classification information, generates operational data frequency information by adding, to the operational data classification information, appearance frequency information for each of the classifications of the operational data, reads out the reference frequency information from the frequency information storage section, and then generates operational data frequency comparison information by comparing the operational data frequency information with the reference frequency information; and an abnormality diagnosing section (103) which performs an abnormality diagnosis upon the working machine by use of the operational data classification information and the operational data frequency comparison information.

摘要: A controller 8 sets a target flow rate of a regenerative hydraulic motor 71 at zero or a low flow rate within an extent in which hydraulic pressure in a regeneration hydraulic line 16 does not become negative pressure when a detected pressure PS detected by a pressure sensor 18 is lower than a first set value P1 previously set by overload relief valves 10 and 12, sets the target flow rate of the regenerative hydraulic motor at a value corresponding to the detected pressure when the detected pressure is higher than or equal to the first set value, and controls the revolution speed of a generator/motor 72 in such a manner that a flow rate through the regenerative hydraulic motor equals the target flow rate. With such features, excellent operability equivalent to that in the conventional technology can be secured.
