摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media for treating medical conditions such as neurological disorders. A user device can be used to communicate with a user and can be used to control a treatment device. The treatment device can be an ear pressure treatment device. The system can execute treatment parameter profiles, and selection of the treatment parameter profiles can depend, at least in part, on feedback provided by the user, such as via the user device. One, two, or more nerves associated with target anatomical locations (e.g., one or both ears) can be stimulated. Some embodiments involve combination therapy including stimulating one or more nerves associated with at least one ear with a first stimulus modality, and a second stimulus modality that is the same as, or different from the first stimulus modality.

摘要: A system (10) and method for unconscious mask removal detection and adaptive alerting in delivering a flow of gas via a mask (18) to a user's respiratory system comprises an unconscious mask removal detection module (30), a wake-up alert detection module (36), and an adaptive alert module (38). The unconscious mask removal detection module (30) outputs an indication of unconscious removal mask-off or other than removal. The wake-up alert decision module (36) outputs a decision whether to not activate or activate a wake-up alert based on (i) the unconscious mask removal detection module output and (ii) a cost-benefit analysis. The adaptive alert module (38) (i) determines alert settings for the wake-up alert based on (a) behavioral data (58) and (b) historical data (60), and (ii) sends the alert settings to an actuator (28). The actuator (28) actuates the wake-up alert in response to the determined wake-up alert settings to wake-up the user (20) so that the user can put the unconsciously removed mask on again.

摘要: A system (1) for identifying, analysing, and counting repetitions of physical exercises by an individual, the system (1) comprising:
- at least one inertial sensor (2) that is wearable by the individual and is configured to sample corresponding signals representative of biometric and/or medical parameters of the individual so as to obtain sampled data;
- a backbone neural network (6) configured to extract features arranged in a spatial vector, said backbone neural network (6) having been pre-trained by a Simple Framework for Contrastive Learning of Visual Representation, SimCLR, technique;
- a first neural network (7) configured to detect exercise events in response to the receipt of the extracted features coming from the backbone neural network (6);
- a second neural network (8) configured to identify the exercise event out of a pool of K different exercises the individual may be assigned;
- a third neural network (9) configured to count repetitions of said identified exercise;
- a version of the backbone neural network (6) that has been adapted to the tasks of binary exercise classification, multiclass exercise classification and regression of the phase indicator function, by fine-tuning the backbone neural network (6) combined with the three neural networks (7), (8) and (9) on labelled data to achieve the aforementioned tasks.-

摘要: The patient is provided with means of identification, characterized by the following features:
- the means of containment comprises means of identification and tracking, and
- the medical staff comprises a means for reading and transmitting data,
and because once the reading means read the patient identification means, display such information to the healthcare staff and then send such information to a central data processor that stores it, then the reading means read the identification and tracking means of the containment means, display such information to the healthcare staff and send it to the central processor that associates the patient identification means with the identification and tracking means of the containment means and with the healthcare staff's means of reading and transmitting data.-

摘要: A monitoring arrangement for use with an exercise device. The monitoring arrangement includes an inertial measurement device that detects an exercise activity of the exercise device and an activity measurement device having an active mode and a disabled mode. The activity measurement device is operable to quantify the exercise activity of the exercise device when in the active mode, where the activity measurement device uses less power when in the disabled mode than in the active mode. A control unit is configured to detect, via the inertial measurement device, a start of the exercise activity, to cause the activity measurement device to operate in the active mode upon detecting the start of the exercise activity, and to operate the activity measurement device to generate measurement data that represents the exercise activity when in the active mode. The activity measurement device is defaulted to the disabled mode to save power.
