In order to determine the deviating path in the most simple way possible, and, in particular, to parameter the path in the most simple way possible, the deviating path is sigmoidal according to formula (I), whereby the shape thereof is determined by at least one parameter (a; B; c), which is determined according to the speed of the vehicle and/or a desired manoeuvre width of the deviating manoeuvre.
