The coating layer 5 is formed of a crosslinking resin, such as a fluorine resin and an imide resin, or a PES resin, whereby a cylindrical body 1 excellent in mechanical strength and heat resistance can be obtained. In the case where the cylindrical body 1 is used as a fixing belt, it is preferred that the coating layer 5 is formed only on the inner periphery 3, and the releasing property and the impregnation function with a silicone oil of the PTFE resin are utilized.

The invention relates to a method for producing a thermoplastic part (1) with an injected seal (3), to an injection molding device, and to a corresponding thermoplastic part. For injecting the seal, a channel (2) is formed during molding of the thermoplastic part (1). Liquid cross-linking plastic is injected into said channel as material for the seal (3). Sealing projections (12) are configured on the edge of the channel and/or on the injection molding tool in order to prevent the channel from overflowing during injection. When closing the tool, undercuts (6) are formed on the upper edge of the channel which hold the solidified seal (3) in the channel.

Es sind jedoch auch zusätzliche, vorgefertigte Formteile verwendbar.

When resin pipes are connected through induction heating, the resin pipes of this invention do not form inside bulges due to air and resin expansion during the heating process. Cylindrical heater 2 made of stainless steel is placed around the joint between two resin pipes 1a, 1b made of polyvinylidene fluoride. Heater 2 is then heated by induction heating to weld the joint of resin pipes 1a, 1b. Heater 2 has a plurality of holes 2a on the cylindrical surface so that air and molten resin located between heater 2 and resin pipes 1a, 1b are released through holes 2a.
