Offenbart ist weiterhin ein um eine Achse (6) rotierbarer Vlieskörper (2), der um einen Durchstoßpunkt (3), in dem die Achse (6) den Vlieskörper (2) durchstößt, ein aus einem Polymermaterial ausgebildetes Aufnahmeelement (12) aufweist, an dem ein Drehmoment in den Vlieskörper (2) einleitbar ist. Vorgeschlagen wird, dass das Polymermaterial ein Thermoplast ist. Vorgeschlagen wird zuletzt, die vorstehend beschriebenen Vlieskörper (2) als Schleifscheiben in Richtung der Achse (6) hintereinander auf einem rotierbaren Walzenkörper (14) einer Parkettschleifwalze anzubringen.

Schließlich wird das Verbund-Bauteil (1) aus der Spritzgussform (24, 26) entnommen. Es resultiert ein Verbund-Bauteil mit gut kontrollierbarer thermischer Längenausdehnung und hoher Steifigkeit, welches kostengünstig hergestellt werden kann.

The invention relates to a method for producing rear-injected plastic moulded parts consisting of a decorative layer (5), a foam layer (6), and a substrate (8), each of which respectively consisting of polyolefins. According to said method, the decorative layer (5) and the foam layer (6) are inserted into an injection mould in the form of a composite, and are then rear-injected with the substrate material (8) into the closed injection mould (1, 2). In order to structure the outer surface of the decorative layer (5) on the finished moulded part (9) as desired, the inner surface of the injection mould (1, 2), against which the decorative layer (5) is applied, is structured in a complementary manner. A foam layer (6) formed from closed cells is used, said layer being permanently compressed during the hardening of the substrate material in the closed injection mould (1, 2) according to the structuring (7) of the surface of the injection mould (1, 2). The structuring (7) of the surface of the injection mould (1, 2) can be obtained by correspondingly shaping the surface itself or by inserts which are to be arranged between the surface of the injection mould (1, 2) and the decorative layer (5).

Security documents (e.g. passports, currency, event tickets, and the like) are encoded to convey machine-readable multi-bit binary information (e.g. digital watermark), usually in a manner not alerting human viewers that such information is present. The documents can be provided with overt or subliminal calibration patterns. When a document incorporating such a pattern is scanned (e.g. by a photocopier), the pattern facilitates detection of the encoded information notwithstanding possible sealing or rotation of the scan data. The calibration pattern can serve as a carrier for the watermark information, or the watermark can be encoded independently. In one embodiment, the watermark and the calibration pattern are formed on the document by an intaglio process, with or without ink. A photocopier responsive to such markings can take predetermined action if reproduction of a security document is attempted. A passport processing station responsive to such markings can use the decoded binary data to access a database having information concerning the passport holder. Some such apparatuses detect both the watermark data and the presence of a visible structure characteristic of a security document (e.g., a printed seal of the document's issuer).

Disclosed is a method for the production of a bristle structure on a carrier of any particular type by means of a form tool having channels which are used to form the bristles and which extend from a forming wall. A forming material forming said bristles is inserted under pressure into the channels, preferably by means of injection moulding. The carrier is thus placed either indirectly or directly adjacent to the forming wall with the channels such that the free sections of the channels are fully covered and whereupon the forming material is applied to the carrier with a forming pressure (injection pressure) such that the carrier is shot through in the region of the free section of the channels and the carrier material is displaced, whereupon the channels are finally filled by the forming material.
