    摘要: An Expandable Modular Information Technology (EMIT) Facility (EMITF) includes: an EMIT Building Infrastructure (EMITBI) having an initial enclosure that includes: a base pad providing a fixed usable space area on which one or more modular IT components are placed; and a plurality of exterior walls, including at least one removable expansion wall (REW) that enables expansion of the usable space area of the EMITBI; a plurality of modular IT components placed within the EMITBI on the usable space, and which dissipate heat; and at least one air handling unit (AHU) in fluid communication with the enclosure to support cooling of one or more of the IT components within the enclosure. As the EMITBI is expanded to include more IT components, additional AHUs are added to the EMITF in fluid communication with a respective area of the EMITBI to provide cooling to the added IT components.

    摘要: A just-in-time data center cabling infrastructure is installed incrementally and concurrently with incremental changes in computing capacity in a data center. Based at least in part upon a determination to install one or more rack computer systems in a row of rack positions of the data center, a network switch device can be installed in the row, linked with a network zone via fiber optic cable connections, and linked to rack computer systems via patch cable connections. The fiber optic cables and patch cables are installed in the data center concurrently with installation of the rack computer system. A transverse bridge spans over an aisle space between opposite rows and includes console switch devices. The console switch devices, installed concurrently with one or more rack computer systems in the rows, enable remote access to console systems in the rack computer systems.

The container includes a top wall, a bottom wall, a front-end wall, a back-end wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, a top beam, a bottom beam, and a partition plate, multiple cabinet bodies and a sealing plate that are located inside the container, where the first side wall and/or the second side wall is detachably connected to the top beam and the bottom beam, and the top beam is provided with a securing hole of a top beam connection apparatus; the partition plate partitions interior space of a container body into an equipment compartment and an air-conditioner compartment; the multiple cabinet bodies are located inside the equipment compartment and are closely arranged in a direction from the front-end wall towards the back-end wall; and the sealing plate is located inside the equipment compartment, and is in seal fit with the multiple cabinet bodies, the top wall and the first side wall, so as to partition space inside the equipment compartment into a confined cold aisle that is located between the cabinet bodies and the side wall, and a maintenance channel that is located between the cabinet bodies and the second side wall. The foregoing containers can be combined in a set direction according to an actual requirement, so as to obtain a data center that meets the requirement, thereby increasing effects and functions of the data center.
