摘要:
The invention relates to a hot-melt adhesive composition, which can be used for bonding of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam plates and expanded extruded (XPS) polystyrene foam plates. The adhesive composition comprises at least one at 25 °C solid poly-α-olefin, at least one tackifying resin, and at least one organic phosphorus-containing compound. The invention is also related to the use of the adhesive composition for bonding of plastic foam plates, to a method for producing a composite element, and to a composite element comprising a first and second substrate bonded to each via a layer of adhesive composition of the present invention.

Provided is a foamed thermoplastic polymer material which does not impair mechanical properties, cushioning properties, and the capacity to incorporate other optional additives, and which improves flame retardancy. A polyolefin-based resin pre-expanded particle of the present invention includes a specific organic phosphorus-containing compound (B) and a specific hindered amine (C) at a specific weight ratio.

A flame retardant resin composition which is obtained by using a plant-derived raw material and excellent in flame retardancy, heat resistance and impact resistance, and a molded article thereof. The flame retardant resin composition comprises: (A) 100 parts by weight of a resin component (component A) containing at least 50 wt% of polylactic acid (component A-1); (B) 1 to 100 parts by weight of an organic phosphorus compound represented by the following formula (1) (component B); (C) 1 to 200 parts by weight of a filler (component C); and (D) 1 to 100 parts by weight of an impact resistance modifier (component D). (In the above formula, X 1 and X 2 are the same or different and each an aromatic substituted alkyl group represented by the following formula (2): (In the above formula, AL is a branched or linear alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, Ar is a phenyl group, naphthyl group or anthryl group all of which may have a substituent, "n" is an integer of 1 to 3, and Ar may be bonded to any carbon atom contained in AL.))
