The present invention discloses a communication system between a vehicle network and a wayside network that takes frequently in account the quality of a radio-frequency connection between a plurality of distinct clients in the vehicle and respective access points at the wayside in order to provide a stable connection with permanent high quality. According to the invention, the transmission/reception of a data stream over a first low quality's client based gateway between the vehicle and the wayside network can be re-directed in real-time over a second higher quality's client based gateway. By this solution, the usual slow functionality of roaming between a single client in a train and access points at the wayside can be avoided. Moreover, the re-routing is performed by dedicated routers in the vehicle and at the wayside so that the typical roaming procedure is enhanced even if the access points are linked to different wayside subnets.

The invention relates to an anticollision control system for at least a first vehicle fitted with an onboard automatic pilot (self-guiding) allowing for bi-directional movements on a single lane under the control of a ground-based automated traffic control unit of the CBTC type. The system particularly includes: a signalling control unit of the AWS type for controlling ground signals on a section of a single-direction circulation lane; a first default control means based on which the signalling control unit imposes a single-direction movement to the vehicle running on the section of a single-direction circulation lane in order to avoid any collision with another vehicle controlled solely by the signalling control unit of the AWS type, i.e. independently from the ground-based automated traffic control unit. A first advantage of the invention is that a second control mode can be activated, in which a displacement of the vehicle piloted in opposite directions on a portion at least of the section of the initially single-direction circulation lane, can be initiated by means of a request for a control priority demand sent by the automated traffic control CBTC to the AWS signalling control unit, which in turn sends back an authorisation (or refusal) signal RESP to said request.

To this end, the device for measuring the movement of a self-guiding vehicle includes on board thereof two accelerometers coupled to a movement calculator, wherein each accelerometer includes two measurement axes on which are measured projections of a vehicle acceleration resultant. The four measurement axes of the accelerometers are adjusted so that the calculator provides, from the four projection measures, at least one very accurate longitudinal acceleration value of the vehicle at each point of a route including both slopes and turns.

Un système sécurisé dispose de deux calculateurs intrinsèquement sûrs et met en oeuvre un procédé de contrôle de la redondance pour des sorties où une très grande sécurité est requise. Le procédé permet de gérer des incohérences sur les sorties des deux calculateurs lorsque ceux-ci fonctionnent en mode redondé. Chaque calculateur reçoit des états de sortie déterminés par l'autre calculateur, les compare avec des états calculés. Un état de divergence de fonctionnement est détecté, si les deux calculateurs ont déterminé deux états différents pour une même sortie. Si une divergence est détectée pour au moins une sortie, l'état de ladite sortie est déterminé en interdisant une transition d'un état restrictif vers un état permissif.
