The levelling pipe (31) and the filling valve (5) are positioned in the coupling part (4) so that the filling valve (5) and the levelling pipe (31) are arranged with coinciding center lines (A-A). The invention also relates to a method of evacuating, pressure-filling and levelling gas or liquid using a filling means (1).
