    摘要: A slat for use in a rolling shutter is provided. The slat comprises a hooking track located at a first edge of a body and a receiving track located at a second edge of the body. Illustratively, the hooking track has a hook-shaped profile, and the receiving track comprises a lip member and a guard member defining a space adapted to receive therein an engaging track of an adjacent slat. The hooking track and the receiving track are designed to minimize the space required for the rolling shutter to be retracted around a spindle.

    摘要: Apparatus for dispensing cones 3 onto a surface 5 and for retrieving cones 3 from the surface 5 includes a cone transfer device having a tower 11 with a platform 19 moveable to and from a lower transfer position for dispensing cones 3 onto the surface 5 and for retrieving cones 3 from the surface 5. The platform 19 is movable in a vertical direction between the lower transfer position and an upper transfer position for receiving a stack of cones 3 from a storage area 7 and for returning a stack of cones 3 to the storage area 7. The tower 11 includes a device for holding one or more cones 3 in an elevated position and for releasing cones 3 onto and receiving cones 3 from the platform 19 in the elevated position. The apparatus may include a lamp transfer device for attaching a lamp unit 45 to a cone 3 when the cone 3 is dispensed and for removing the lamp unit 45 from the cone 3 when the cone 3 is retrieved. The apparatus may include a cone washing device for washing a cone 3 when the cone 3 is retrieved and/or when the cone 3 is dispensed.
