摘要: The present invention provides compositions and improved methods for multi-site directed mutagenesis and DNA shuffling. The present compositions and methods provide increased mutation frequency and increase number of transformants which allow one to sequence only a few clones in order to identify the correct mutants and to obtain the desired mutant by screening large number of transformants in a short time. Moreover, the inclusion of FEN-1,, PEF and optimized buffer and cycling conditions provided in the present invention should also facilitate random mutagenized library construction and the mutagenesis of large or difficult templates.

摘要: A push rod (203) for a sliding type portable terminal (100) including a first housing (101) and a second housing (102) which is placed on and slidably coupled to the first housing (101). The push rod (203) provides driving force for slidingly moving the second housing (102). The push rod includes a casing (231); support members (233,239) coupled to the casing (231) to be extended and retracted through both ends of the casing; elastic members (237) for providing elastic force in directions in which the respective support members (233,239) are extended through both ends of the casing (231); and rotation members (235) rotatably coupled to outer ends of the support members (233,239) and rotatably coupled to the respective first (101) and second (102) housings.

摘要: A co-extrusion head (130) for forming high-aspect ratio gridline structures in a micro extrusion apparatus includes multiple sheets (210,220,230) (e.g., metal plates) that are machined and assembled to define three-part fluidic channels having associated outlet orifice (235) disposed along an edge surface of the head. Reference surfaces are also etched in the sheets and are aligned in a straight line that intersects output junctions (237) of the three-channel cavities. After assembly (e.g., using high pressure bonding techniques), each reference surface is located inside a notch defined in the edge surface. The edge surface of the co-extrusion head is then trimmed (e.g., machined by wire EDM) using the reference surfaces as a precise guide, thereby producing uniform length outlet orifices with uniform flow impedance.

摘要: Closely spaced, high aspect-ratio gridline structures are formed on the surface of a substrate using two or more co-extrusion heads (130-1,130-2) that co-extrude gridline material (115) and sacrificial material (112) such that the deposited gridline material is compressed between opposing portions of the sacrificial material. The co-extrusion heads include three-channel cavity structures that converge to a relatively small outlet orifice that dispenses the gridline material with relatively fine features and a relatively high aspect ratio. The outlet orifices of the co-extrusion heads are disposed in a staggered arrangement such that gridlines extruded from the first co-extrusion head are disposed between two gridlines extruded from the second co-extrusion head. Photovoltaic cells are produced with metal gridlines formed in this manner.

摘要: Provided is a group management method and system for group communication in an in- terworking system of an Instant Messaging and Presence Services (IMPS) system and a Session Initiation Protocol for Instant Messaging and Presence Leveraging Extensions Instant Messaging (SIMPLE IM) system. In the group management method, a client currently connected to one of the IMPS system and the SIMPLE IM system requests the retrieval of the group properties of a group included in the other system to which the client is not connected. The group property retrieval request is converted into a protocol format supported by the other system and is forwarded to the other system. The other system retrieves the group properties of the group, generates a group property response including the retrieved group properties, and forwards the group property response. The group property response is converted into a protocol format supported by the currently connected system and is forwarded to the currently connected system. The currently connected system forwards the group property response to the client.

摘要: A wireless network control apparatus capable of transmitting an acknowledgement of receipt at an earlier timing, thereby suppressing any delay that would otherwise be caused by a retransmission. In this apparatus, a reading part (102) reads an RRC connection request message. A transmission control part (103) controls an ACK generating part (105) such that an ACK message generated by the ACK generating part (105) is transmitted first, while controlling a message creating part (104) such that an RRC connection establishment message generated by the message creating part (104) is transmitted in succession to the ACK message. The message creating part (104) creates the RRC connection establishment message that includes an information element serving as information for establishing an RRC connection. The ACK generating part (105) creates the ACK message of one block including the information element.
