A vulcanization method and a vulcanization apparatus which are suitably used for the mass-production of molded products, such as transmission belts. This invention provides a method of and an apparatus for setting constant the heat history of a molded product, which starts with the starting of a heating operation in a vulcanization step and ends with the completion of a cooling operation therein. A molded product X is sent in order in a predetermined direction to a subsequent vulcanization step out of a plurality of stages B1, B2, B3, B4 preparated by dividing a vulcanization step by the elapsed time, and vulcanized. The resultant molded product is then sent to cooling stages E1, E2 in order in a predetermined direction, and cooled.
