    摘要: The invention relates to a method for automated in situ determination of an analyte content of a liquid sample by means of a bioanalyzer, which has a microfluidic device having at least one measuring channel and means for conducting one or more liquids through the measuring channel, wherein the measuring channel comprises at least one substrate, said method having the step sequence for performing a measurement at least within a measurement region in a repeatable manner: (i) preparing a sensor matrix comprising a plurality of receptors binding the analyte and/or a further target molecule, preferably selectively and specifically, particularly due to an affinitive interaction, or bringing about a chemical conversion of the analyte or the further target molecule, having a step of conducting a preparation solution of at least one first chemical species having at least one functional group binding to the substrate and at least one further functional group through the measuring channel, wherein a plurality of the first chemical species is bonded to the substrate by means of the functional group bonding to the substrate, wherein the further functional group services as a receptor or for subsequently bonding to a receptor for the plurality of the first chemical species bonded to the substrate; (ii) conducting the liquid sample or a measurement fluid obtained by treating the liquid sample with at least one reagent through the measuring channel, wherein analyte present in the liquid sample or the measurement liquid and/or further target molecules present in the liquid sample or the measurement liquid, preferably selectively and specifically bond to the receptors or are chemically converted by the same, and determining a measurement variable correlating to the quantity of the target molecules bonded or converted by the receptors or to the quantity of analyte bonded or converted by the receptors, and deriving therefrom the analyte content of the liquid sample; (iii) regenerating, particularly exposing, the at least one substrate, wherein the sensor matrix and optionally molecules bonded thereto, particularly analyte molecules, further target molecules, or other molecules are released from the substrate and/or are at least partially disintegrated.

    摘要: In a method for determining the load impedance of a measuring transducer, which is supplied with voltage via a first pair of lines and transmits a variable current signal through a current loop to a control system via a second pair of lines, a test voltage signal is capacitively coupled into the current loop and the corresponding current signal is evaluated. The up-to-date value of the load impedance is determined from a characteristic of the current signal, particularly from the RC time constant. In this way, excess load impedance can already be recognized when starting up a measuring transducer.
