The present invention provides an apparatus for manufacturing a truss structure using multi-point pins, a method of manufacturing a truss structure using the apparatus, a truss core sandwich panel having the truss structure, and a method of manufacturing the truss core sandwich panel. The apparatus includes a metal plate, clamps, an upper die and a lower die. The clamps hold the metal plate. The upper die has upper multi-point pins which press the metal plate downwards. The lower die has lower multi-point pins which press the metal plate upwards. The metal plate has first and second points that respectively correspond to the upper and lower multi-point pins. The first points are extended downwards by the upper multi-point pins, and the second points are extended upwards by the lower multi-point pins. Thereby, many symmetrical sides are formed in the truss structure, thus increasing the stability of the truss structure.

The present invention relates to high-nitrogen duplex stainless steels with an excellent eco-index and pitting corrosion resistance, in particular, to providing duplex stainless steels with ferrite-austenite phases, comprising:16.5-19.5 wt.% of chromium (Cr), 2.3-3.5 wt.% of molybdenum (Mo), 1.0-5.5 wt.% of tungsten (W), 5.5-7.0 wt.% of manganese (Mn), 0.35-0.45 wt.% of nitrogen (N), with a remainder of iron (Fe). The high nitrogen duplex stainless steels with excellent eco-index and pitting corrosion resistance according to the present invention use manganese (Mn) and nitrogen (N) to exclude or mostly substitute Ni, which increases price instability of the steel grades and environment burden, to result in enhancing economic efficiency, price stability and eco-friendliness.

The magnesium alloy includes, by weight, 7.0% or greater but less than 11% of Al, 0.05% to 2.0% of Ca, 0.05% to 2.0% of Y, greater than 0% but not greater than 6.0% of Zn, and the balance of Mg, and the other unavoidable impurities. The total content of the Ca and the Y is equal to or greater than 0.1 % but less than 2.5% of the total weight of the magnesium alloy.

The apparatus includes a feeding device (100) for supplying raw material (W) which is cut into a fixed length from a titanium alloy rod, a loader (200) for carrying the raw material (W) supplied from the feeding device (100), a heating device (300) for heating the raw material (W), a forging device (400) provided with a forging die (420) which fabricates a forging (F) from the heated raw material (W), a guiding device (500) for conducting the heated raw material (W) into the forging die (420), a heat-treating device for heat-treating the forging (F), a peeling device for removing the oxidized layer on the hear-treated forging (F), a machining device for machining the desired portions of the forging (F) from which the oxidized layer is peeled, a form rolling device for forming a thread on an outer surface of the machined forging (F) in order to obtain the titanium alloy bolt, and a cleaning device for cleaning the entire surface of the titanium alloy bolt. Dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties of the titanium bolt, and productivity are improved by the present invention.
