摘要: A different-material joining structure includes a plurality of different types of plate materials stacked on one other and secured by means of a rivet. The plate materials include a first member and a second member of which end surfaces at one end of each overlap each other, and a third member arranged overlapping the surface of the first member on the opposite side to the second member. The rivet has a shank part penetrating through the first member and the third member and joined to the second member at a tip end thereof, and a head part not inserted into the third member and remaining on the surface of the third member. A joining part for joining the first member and the third member together is formed in at least a part of an overlapping region of the first member and the third member, on the side toward the other end of the second member relative to the position at which the rivet penetrates.

摘要: The present invention is a brazing sheet for flux-free brazing, which is composed of a core material, a brazing material that is disposed on at least one surface of the core material, and a thin skin material that is disposed on the brazing material. This brazing sheet for flux-free brazing is characterized in that: the core material is formed of an aluminum alloy that has a higher melting point than the brazing material; the brazing material is formed of an Al-Si-Mg system alloy and has a thickness of 25-250 µm; the thin skin material is formed of an aluminum alloy that has a higher melting initiation temperature than the brazing material and contains substantially no Mg, and has a thickness of 5-30 µm; and the content of oxides present at the interface between the brazing material and the thin skin material is 0.1 ppm or less in terms of a weight ratio based on the whole cladding material. The present invention provides a brazing sheet for flux-free brazing, which has a thin skin material, with uniform brazability, and enables stable bonding.

The brazing method has good and stable brazing properties and is applicable in industrial practice.
