Higher-precision measurement is achieved by an optical inner surface measuring device configured to cause a probe to enter into the inner peripheral surface or deep hole of a target object, capture and observe reflection light from the inner surface in a three-dimensional manner, and measure the accuracy of the target object. In a structure including an optical fiber built into a tube, a light path conversion unit arranged at a leading end side of the optical fiber, and a motor configured to rotationally drive the light path conversion unit, a unit for measuring the amount of runout of a rotation shaft unit of the motor is provided. Shape data on the inner peripheral surface of a target object is obtained by calculating at a computer reflection light from the target object, and is modified by displacement amount data from a displacement measurement unit to realize high-precision measurement with no measurement error resulting from runout and rotational vibration of the rotation shaft of the motor.

The outer ring section of the suspension is fixed projecting more inward from a housing or from a cover inner wall where a step is provided than the magnetic circuit. The outer ring section limits the range of movement of the magnetic circuit to prevent the inside of a multifunction vibration actuator body from being damaged when it is subjected to impact caused by falling etc.

This is achieved by a simple modification to the structure of the wristwatch case. The super hard wristwatch case is provided with a shock-resistant metallic back cover (2) having left/right pairs of projection pieces (20a, 20b, 21a, 21b) provided on a surface thereof which faces a case body (1), the projection pieces being located so as to be opposed to inner wall faces of the leg portions (11a, 11b, 12a, 12b), the projection pieces being formed with fixing holes (22a, 22b, 23a, 23b) for spring rods (3) in regions thereof that are adjacent tips of the projection pieces, the projection pieces being fitted and fixed in the inner wall faces of the leg portions. This invention concerns an electromagnetic induction actuator to be mounted in small equipment such as portable telephones and pagers; also concerns such portable telecommunications equipment. The electromagnetic induction actuator, as well as the portable telecommunications equipment in which it is mounted, can be assembled in a thin and small package even though there are tabs as shock resistance stoppers, and has good acoustical characteristics. In the electromagnetic induction actuator there is a yoke that has tabs as stoppers to provide shock resistance, and there are springs that have inner rings, outer rings, bridge arms that connect the inner and outer rings and recesses that correspond to the tabs of the yoke. The yoke and the springs are assembled together within the housing by placing the tabs of the yoke into the corresponding recesses of the springs, fitting the inner rings of the springs around the outer periphery of the yoke, and fitting the outer rings of the springs into the inner diameter of the housing.
