    摘要: A lateral pipe lining material (1, 1') is inserted into a lateral pipe (31) that intersects with a main pipe (30). The lateral pipe lining material (1, 1') includes a flexible tubular resin-absorbing material (2) impregnated with an uncured liquid curable resin and a flange member (8, 12) joined thereto. The flange member (8) comprises a flange part (8a) having an arcuately curved surface whose curvature corresponds to an inner surface of the main pipe (30), and a cylindrical part (8b) that extends from the flange part (8a). The tubular resin-absorbing material (2) has one end (2a) folded back outwards. The folded-back end (2a) of the tubular resin-absorbing material (2) is fitted onto the cylindrical part (8b) of the flange member and pressed out over the flange part (8a) of the flange member. An adhesive (9) is applied to the flange part (8a) of the flange member (8) and the folded-back end (2a) of the tubular resin-absorbing material (2) to bond the tubular resin-absorbing material to the flange member, thus producing a lateral pipe lining material in an uncomplicated manner with few members.

    摘要: A flexible tubular lining material (1) impregnated with a thermosetting resin is folded and bound with a tape (4) to provide a reduced width. Two steel belts (6, 6') are inserted into belt loops (5, 5') and are removably attached so as to sandwich the lining material. During pipeline lining work, first, the steel-belted lining material (1) is inserted into a lateral pipe (31) from the main pipe (31). The steel belts (6, 6') are then removed from the lining material (1) so that the lining material may remain inside the pipeline. After the steel belts (6, 6') have been extracted from the pipeline, the lining material (1) is made to expand via application of pressure from the inside. While kept in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the pipeline, the lining material (1) is heated in order to cure the thermosetting resin therein. Such an arrangement allows the lining material to be easily and smoothly inserted into a pipeline even where there is a plurality of sections bent at a right angle or close to a right angle.
