摘要:
A lateral pipe lining material (1, 1') is inserted into a lateral pipe (31) that intersects with a main pipe (30). The lateral pipe lining material (1, 1') includes a flexible tubular resin-absorbing material (2) impregnated with an uncured liquid curable resin and a flange member (8, 12) joined thereto. The flange member (8) comprises a flange part (8a) having an arcuately curved surface whose curvature corresponds to an inner surface of the main pipe (30), and a cylindrical part (8b) that extends from the flange part (8a). The tubular resin-absorbing material (2) has one end (2a) folded back outwards. The folded-back end (2a) of the tubular resin-absorbing material (2) is fitted onto the cylindrical part (8b) of the flange member and pressed out over the flange part (8a) of the flange member. An adhesive (9) is applied to the flange part (8a) of the flange member (8) and the folded-back end (2a) of the tubular resin-absorbing material (2) to bond the tubular resin-absorbing material to the flange member, thus producing a lateral pipe lining material in an uncomplicated manner with few members.

A lateral pipe (31) that intersects a main pipe (30) is lined using a lateral pipe-lining material (1) having a tubular resin-absorbing material (2) impregnated with a curable resin and having a flange (3) formed at one end thereof. The flange of the lateral pipe-lining material is disposed on an expandable flange-pressing implement (70), and an adhesive (82) is applied onto the flange (3). Hot water is fed to the flange-pressing implement (70) to expand and press the flange (3) against the periphery of the lateral pipe opening of the main pipe (30). The hot water thus fed also heats and cures the adhesive (82) on the flange to secure it to the periphery of the lateral pipe opening of the main pipe (30). The drainage performance of the main pipe (30) can be improved because a gap does not form between the flange of the lateral pipe-lining material and the periphery of the lateral pipe opening of the main pipe, and neither underground water nor earth or sand flows into the main pipe.

To line an inner circumferential surface of side walls (1b, 1c) of a manhole (1), a rehabilitating sheet (3, 3A, 3') made of a sheet material resistant to water and corrosion is provided in the form of a bag having a shape corresponding to the inner circumferential surface to be lined. The rehabilitating sheet (3, 3A, 3') is inserted into the manhole (1) to be lined. Block and plate frames (9, 16) are coupled inside the bag of the rehabilitating sheet (3, 3A, 3') to support it so as to have the shape corresponding to the inner circumferential surface to be lined. A gap between the rehabilitating sheet (3, 3A, 3') and the inner circumferential surface of the side walls (1b, 1c) of the manhole is filled with a filler (13), which is then hardened to line the side walls (1b, 1c) of the manhole (1). Pairs of plate frames (16) having different diameters are coupled to each other to provide ring plates (17) having different diameters. The ring plates (17) are stacked one by one from the maximum one to support the rehabilitating sheet (3, 3A, 3') so as to have a shape of the inner circumferential surface of the inclined side wall portion (1b) of the manhole (1).

A lateral pipe lining material (1) comprises a tubular resin absorbing material (2) impregnated with a setting resin, which has a flange (3) at one end thereof and whose outer surface is coated with a highly airtight film (4). A sealing tube (5) is detachably attached to the outer circumferential surface of the tubular resin absorbing material (2). The lateral pipe lining material is introduced inside a main pipe (30) and its flange (3) is brought into tight contact with the lateral pipe opening. The lateral pipe lining material (1) including the sealing tube (5) is then everted and inserted by fluid pressure inside a lateral pipe (31) toward the ground level. After the setting resin is cured, the sealing tube (5) is removed from the lateral pipe lining material. This enables the lining of a lateral pipe to always be performed reliably, regardless of the aboveground circumstances.

A segment for a rehabilitation pipe comprises an inner surface plate (101) constituting an inner circumferential surface, and side plates (102, 103) and end plates (104, 105) provided upright on a peripheral edge of the inner surface plate (101). The inner surface plate (101), the side plates (102, 103), and the end plates (104, 105) are formed integrally from a plastic material and the segments (1) are linked in a circumferential direction and in a pipe-length direction to install a segmental rehabilitation pipe (40) inside an existing pipe (21). Each of the side plates (102, 103) is provided at an end in the vicinity of the end plate (104, 105) with an opening (102b, 103b) used for a linking operation of the segments (1) in the circumferential direction. The opening (102b, 103b) formed in the side plate (102, 103) is formed so that the filler material (30) injected into the space between the existing pipe (21) and the segmental rehabilitation pipe (40) flows in or out through the opening (102b, 103b).

A pipe lining material (1) comprising an inner lining material (11) and an outer lining material (10) is used to rehabilitate an aged existing pipe (22). The inner lining material (11) and the outer lining material (10) are made of a tubular resin-absorbent material that is impregnated with a photo-curing resin and a thermosetting resin. The resin-absorbent material (11a) of the inner lining material (11) has a higher density than that of the outer lining material (10). The photo-curing resin of the inner and outer lining materials (11, 10) is cured by light when the pipe lining material (1) is irradiated with light, and the heat generated when the photo-curing resin is cured cures the thermosetting resin of the inner and outer lining materials (11,10). Since the resin-absorbent material (11a) of the inner lining material (11) has a high density, voids are less readily formed. Even if voids are generated in the resin-absorbent material (10a) of the outer lining material (10), the voids will be covered by the inner lining material (11) having fewer voids. This ensures that the pipe lining material (1) will have better water-tightness.

A rehabilitating pipe segment of the invention is comprised of first and second segment halves (3, 4) that are linked together to provide a variable-width segment (2). The first segment half (3) has an internal surface plate (301), a convex plate (302) extending parallel to the internal surface plate, and a side plate (303) extending perpendicular to the internal surface plate. The second segment half (4) has an internal surface plate (401), an internal plate (402) extending parallel thereto and forming a concavity (407), and a side plate (403) extending perpendicular to the internal surface plate. The convex plate (302) and a braking rubber (5) are fitted into the concavity (407) so as to link the first and second segment halves (3, 4) together to provide the variable-width segment (2). When tension of a specified amount or greater acts on the variable-width segment, the first and second segment halves (3, 4) move relative to each other in the pipe length direction against the braking force of the braking rubber (5). The rehabilitating pipe segment is used to assemble a rehabilitating pipe (8) having earthquake resistance.
