摘要: This invention relates to a lining material for the inner surface of a pipe of a pipeline used for transferring various fluids such as water supply and sewage, town gas, petroleum, and the like, and is characterized in that filaments having low elongation but high strength are used as yarns (12) for constituting a fibrous cylindrical member (13) together with a cylindrical woven fabric (2′) or as wefts (5), (16) constituting each cylindrical woven fabric (2), (6). Because of this feature, the lining material has excellent properties such as vibration-proofness, shape retentivity against external pressure and small diameter expansion that are required for lining materials of pipeline.
    SUMMARY
A lining material adapted for lining the inner surface of pipelines for transferring various kinds of fluids such as city water, sewage, city gases and petroleum, etc., characterized in that low elongation high tensile strength filament yarns are used as wefts (5), (16) forming tubular textile jackets (2), (6) laid in the lining material or as the yarns (12) forming a tubular fibrous member (13) together with a tubular textile jacket (2′). This characteristic feature provides excellent performances required for lining materials for pipelines such as enhanced earthquake resistance and shape retaining property against external pressures and limited expansion in diameter.

摘要: A method for lining pipelines for use in the transportation of city water, city gas, petroleum, and other various fluids is provided, particularly a method for lining with a simple operation pipelines laid at the bottom of the water or pipelines of an extremely long length of up to several thousand meters or more is provided as well. In this method wherein, while a flexible, cylindrical material (2) having an inside surface coated with adhesives is being reversed by the fluid pressure so that the inner side thereof is turned to face the outside, the folded portion (4) of said lining material (2) is allowed to move forward through the inside of a pipeline (1), causing the reversed lining material (2) to be adhered to the inside surface of the pipeline (1); with the pipeline lying in a forward direction of said folded portion fully filled with water (7), reaction-curing adhesives which cure on reacting with water being used as said adhesive, with the forward movement of said folded portion, at said folded portion (4). said adhesive applied over the inside surface of the lining material get into contact with water to effect curing thereof, so that the surface of the lining material coated with adhesives and turned so as to face outside is adhered to the inside surface of the pipeline (1).

摘要: A device for boring a lining at the branching portion of a pipe line, such as a gas pipe or a water pipe. To an end of a coiled tension spring (1), a coiled compression spring (2), the spring constant of which is smaller than that of the coiled tension spring (1), is connected. A frusto-conical head member (5), which is formed by coating an electric heating element (3) with a thermoplastic resin (6), is connected to the end of the coiled compression spring (2). One or more electric wires (9) connnected to the heating element (3) are inserted through the coiled tension spring (1) and coiled compression spring (2) in slackened state. The electric wire (9) which is in the coiled tension spring (1) is fixed thereto at a plurality of portions thereof. A means N, which is capable of feeding the coiled tension spring while turning the same, is provided at the rear portion thereof.
