The present invention relates to a biodegradable resin having outstanding colouring properties, and provides a resin composition which does not give rise to problems such as reduced strength due to colouration. The composition of the present invention, suggests that a PBSAT resin is used as a biodegradable resin, and colouration is performed with same. Also, at this time, the colourant can be mixed in the form of masterbatch. In the present invention, the resin composition is used in the production of various products, in particular monofilament yarn produced via spinning and a fishing net manufactured from same is provided. Fishing nets such as the above are advantageous in that such fishing nets can be realized in various colours in accordance with customer requirements and satisfy the required strength and, after use, degrade naturally in seawater and so do not give rise to problems like environmental pollution.

A carbon fiber has a fiber tensile strength in a range of 5.5 GPa to 5.83 GPa. The carbon fiber has a fiber tensile modulus in a range of 350 GPa to 375 GPa. The carbon fiber also has an effective diameter in a range of 5.1 μm to 5.2 μm. In a method of making a carbon fiber, PAN (poly(acrylonitrile-co methacrylic acid)) is dissolved into a solvent to form a PAN solution. The PAN solution is extruded through a spinneret, thereby generating at least one precursor fiber. The precursor fiber is passed through a cold gelation medium, thereby causing the precursor fiber to gel. The precursor fiber is drawn to a predetermined draw ratio. The precursor fiber is continuously stabilized to form a stabilized fiber. The stabilized fiber is continuously carbonized thereby generating the carbon fiber. The carbon fiber is wound onto a spool.

The present invention provides a high-strength copolymerized aramid fiber which includes aramid copolymers containing an aromatic group substituted with a cyano group (-CN), so as to have an intrinsic viscosity (IV) of 6.0 to 8.5, a polydispersity index (PDI) of 1.5 to 2.0, a strength of 23 to 32 g/d, and an elastic modulus of 1,100 to 1,300 g/d. The high-strength copolymerized aramid fiber may be prepared by a method which includes, when para-phenylenediamine, cyano-para-phenylenediamine, and terephthaloyl dichloride are sequentially added to an organic solvent and reacted together to prepare a copolymerized aramid fiber, adding and dispersing a neutralizing agent in the organic solvent before the reaction of the para-phenylenediamine, cyano-para-phenylenediamine and terephthaloyl dichloride, which were dissolved in the organic solvent. In the present invention, hydrogen chloride (HCl) generated during polymerization of the para-phenylenediamine, cyano-para-phenylenediamine and terephthaloyl dichloride is directly removed by the neutralizing agent dispersed in the solvent while being changed into a metal salt, and therefore, acid crumbs are not generated but an additional salt is rather generated. As a result, it is possible to prepare an aramid copolymer, which has a high intrinsic viscosity (IV) and a low polydispersity index (PDI) since the gelation is delayed due to the acid crumbs, that is, the reaction time is extended, and which also has excellent solubility in an organic solvent due to the generation of the additional salt. Further, the high-strength copolymerized aramid fiber can be prepared with favorable spin property by using the aramid copolymer even without using sulfuric acid.

An object of the present invention is to improve spinnability, productivity, and tensile strength of a polyester fiber containing poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate). By spinning the polyester resin containing the poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoate) at a high spinning velocity, the spinnability, productivity, and tensile strength of the polyester fiber can be improved.
