According to the invention, additional oxygen (O) in a gaseous form is injecting into the said first reactor (1) for reducing oxide and said material quantity entering into the said first reactor (1) for reducing oxide is controlled, in order to obtain a reaction of conversion of the fuel material in thermal equilibrium.
