Upper and lower dampers (11, 12) are provided in a vertical chute (6) of a waste-feeding apparatus (1). The upper and lower dampers (11, 12) have a sealing function that inhibits external air from entering a gasifier (20) and configured to be alternately opened and closed. The lower damper (12) includes a lower left damper (12 L ) and a lower right damper (12 R ) configured to be opened and closed through lower supporting shafts (12p), provided on opposite portions of an inner wall of the vertical chute (6) and parallel to a center line (Lc), the center line (Lc) extending in a longitudinal direction and passing through the center in a width direction of the waste-conveying device (7). A merged line (12m) defined by distal portions of the lower left damper (12 L ) and the lower right damper (12 R ) in a closed state is located above the center line (Lc) .

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Verarbeitung von staubförmigen und/oder flüssig/pastösen Abfallstoffen sowie zur Herstellung eines Mischbrennstoffes, wobei die Abfallstoffe in geschlossenen Behältern angeliefert und in einer Mischanlage zu einem schüttfähigen Mischbrennstoff verarbeitet werden oder störstoffbefreite staubförmige Abfallstoffe ausgeschleust werden können. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Verfahren zu entwickeln, welches eine einfache, kostengünstige und wirkungsvolle sowie den Umweltbestimmungen entsprechende Verarbeitung von verschiedensten Abfallstoffen aus verschiedenen Transportgefäßen mit unterschiedlicher Konsistenz zu einem für eine nachfolgende Verbrennung geeigneten Mischbrennstoff gewährleistet.

A method and system for cost effectively converting a feedstock using thermal plasma, or other styles of gassifiers, into to a feedwater energy transfer system. The feedstock can be any organic material, or fossil fuel. The energy transferred in the feedwater is converted into steam which is then injected into the low turbine of a combined cycle power plant. Heat is extracted from gas product issued by a gassifier and delivered to a power plant via its feedwater system. The gassifier is a plasma gassifier and the gas product is syngas. In a further embodiment, prior to performing the step of extracting heat energy, there is provided the further step of combusting the syngas in an afterburner. An air flow, and/or EGR flow is provided to the afterburner at a rate that is varied in response to an operating characteristic of the afterburner. The air flow to the afterburner is heated.

A carbonization process of rubber products, such as shredded waste tires, in a sealed carbonizing vessel whose operating pressure is below atmospheric pressure and under controlled high temperature environment while continuously being moved in a defined path at a controlled speed thus enabling the shredded tires to be fed constantly into the vessel while the by-products of the carbonization process are continually discharged.

A method for dehusking rapeseed comprises the following steps: providing rapeseed consisting of rape grains having a husk portion and kernel; introducing the rapeseed into an impact mill (1); mechanically breaking up the husk portions of the rapeseed in the impact mill (1); discharging the milled material, consisting of broken-up husk portions and kernel portions, from the impact mill (1); introducing the milled material into a classifying device (2) and separating the husk portions from the kernel portions; discharging the husk portions and the kernel portions from the classifying device (2); introducing the husk portions into a screening device (3) for further separation of residues from the husk portions; and separately discharging husk portions and kernel portions from the classifying device (2).
