摘要： An alcohol preparation process is disclosed by catalytic hydrogenation of the corresponding carbonyl compounds at high temperature and pressure in liquid phase. A catalyst is used that contains copper on a SiO2-containing substrate in the presence or absence of one or several elements selected among magnesium, barium, zinc or chromium.
