摘要： The subject of the present invention is a gypsum containing aqueous slurry containing a phosphate based polycondensate as sole agent with dispersing properties. With a phosphated polycondensate according to the invention as sole dispersing component an improved efficiency was found in comparison with the polycondensates known in the prior art. As additional favorable effect a significantly decreased retardation of the setting and hardening of the various construction compositions and especially of gypsum based slurries compared to other dispersants is to be observed, independently from the dosage of the dispersing component. This effect of the polycondensate component as well as an expedient influence on the pore structure surprisingly can be observed.

Additionally disclosed are calcium sulphate dihydrate producible by the process according to the invention, and the use thereof for production of gypsum plasterboard.

摘要： The invention provides compositions containing a salt formed from an acid and from a base, wherein the acid is defined as a polycondensation product containing (I) at least one structural unit including an aromatic or heteroaromatic and a polyether side chain and (II) at least one phosphated structural unit including an aromatic or heteroaromatic, and polyethyleneimine as base, wherein the molar mass of the polyethyleneimine is greater than 500 daltons. Likewise provided is a process for producing these compositions and building product mixtures comprising the inventive compositions. The invention also provides for the use of the compositions as admixture agents, preferably as flow agents, for aqueous suspensions of binders based on calcium sulfate or for aqueous suspensions of (latently) hydraulic binders.

摘要： The invention relates to a cationic copolymer and to the use thereof as an additive for construction material systems, in particular based on calcium sulfate. The copolymers according to the invention bring about an accelerated bond breakdown behavior in gypsums both comprising clay and comprising no clay, and allow unlimited water reduction capability of dispersing agents used simultaneously with the copolymers. The clay components present in the gypsum system are masked by the cationic copolymer, so that the construction material mixture comprises properties of a construction material mixture comprising no clay. The copolymers are thereby used as a formulation, and together with inhibitors.
