Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for producing molded bodies, wherein a blend is used to harden the mold, said blend containing one or more epoxy resins and a mixture, and the hardening component a) in the range of 0.3 to 0.9 amine equivalent per epoxy equivalent of the epoxy resin used is used in the mixture, and the hardening component b) is a compound of the formula I.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a molded body made of extruded foam, characterized in that at least one fibre (F) is located with a fibre section (FB2) within the molded body and is enclosed by the extruded foam, while a fibre section (FB1) of the fibre (F) protrudes from a first flank of the molded body and a fibre section (FB3) of the fibre (F) protrudes from a second flank of the molded body and characterized in that the extruded foam is produced using an extrusion method which comprises the following steps: I) providing a polymer melt in an extruder; II) introducing at least one foaming agent into the polymer melt provided in step I), thus obtaining a foamable polymer melt; III) extrusion of the foamable polymer melt obtained in step II) from the extruder through at least one nozzle opening in a region of lower pressure, wherein the foamable polymer melt expands, thus obtaining an expanded foam; and IV) calibrating the expanded foam from step III) in that the expanded foam is passed through a shaping tool, thus obtaining the extruded foam.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing triethylenediamine (TEDA) derivatives, comprising the following steps: a) reaction of a dihydropyrazine with an olefin, b) optionally hydrogenation following step a). The invention also relates to novel TEDA derivatives as such and to the use thereof as built-in polyurethane catalysts.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a blend containing an epoxy resin, a cyclic carbonate and a hardener containing a polyalkoxypolyamine, a further amine and a catalyst, a process for producing this blend, the use of the blend according to the invention for producing cured epoxy resin and an epoxy resin which has been cured by means of the blend according to the invention, in particular fibre-reinforced cured epoxy resins for use in rotor blades for wind turbines.
