This is to provide a medical-use adhesive having self-degradation property that enables sufficient adhesion even on wet living body portion, to which body fluid such as blood oozes out heavily, and even especially when the wet living body portion is arranged along a vertical plane. This is to provide also a medical-use adhesive excellent in obliteration of a pinhole. A first part of two-part adhesive is powder of aldehyde-groups-introduced alpha-glucan having a weight-average molecular weight in a range of 1000 to 200,000. A second part of two-part adhesive is aqueous solution or powder of amino-groups-containing polymer that is formed of a polymer chain of amino-group-containing units and has a molecular weight in a range of 1000 to 20,000. A mixture of the first and second liquids at a time of mixing them has pH in a range of 5.0 to 8.0.

A sheet-shaped tissue adhesive/reinforcement and its producing method in a manner as below, which realizes a good tissue reinforcing effect and handleability without the need to utilize fibrinogen and the blood coagulation ability derived from the patient being applied. The sheet-shaped tissue adhesive reinforcement comprises a base sheet having a biodegradability and communicative porous structure, and an adhesive resin layer fixed and formed on the base sheet. This adhesive resin layer comprises a first reactant comprising an aldehyded glycan and a second reactant comprising partially carboxylated polylysine, and has a granular structure derived from the powder of the first reactant and a connecting layer, which is derived from the second reactant and connects the granular structures to each other and fixes them to the base sheet. In a way to produce such reinforcement, a mixed powder of the first and second reactant is used. For example, this mixed powder is dispersed in ethanol having a water content of less than 1%, and the dispersion is applied onto the base sheet and then dried.
