The shift register comprises: a first input module (11) for pulling up the potential of a first node under the effect of a signal received by an input end, an output module (13) for pulling up the electric potential of an output end under the effect of the electric potential of the first node, a reset module (15) for pulling down the electric potential of the first node under the effect of a signal received by a reset end, and an output pull-down module (14) for pulling down the electric potential of the output end under the effect of a first clock signal, wherein the first input module (11), the output module (13), the output pull-down module (14) and the reset module (15) are all connected to the first node; and the shift register also comprises a second input module (12) for connecting the input end to the first node under the effect of the first clock signal within working hours of the first input module (11) and the output pull-down module (14). A pull-down node is removed from the shift register, so that the number of transistors can be reduced, which is beneficial for reducing the frame width occupied by a gate drive circuit.

    摘要: A shift register unit and a driving method, a grid driving circuit and a display device are disclosed. A shift register unit includes an input circuit (110), a first reset circuit (120), and an output circuit (130). The input circuit (110) includes an input terminal (INT) configured to perform a first control on the first control node (PU) and the first node (N1) in response to an input signal of the input terminal (INT), and then perform a second control, which is different from the first control, on the first node (N1) under the control of the level of the first node (N1), the first node (N1) is located in a path where the input signal incurs the first control on the first control node (PU); the first reset circuit (120) is configured to reset the first control node (PU) in response to the first reset signal; the output circuit (130) is configured to output an output signal to an output terminal (OUT) under the control of the level of the first control node (PU). The shift register unit can avoid the phenomenon of no output after switching the scanning direction due to negative bias of the threshold voltage of the transistor at the input end of the shift register unit, enhance the stability of the circuit, and have a larger threshold voltage bias margin.

The shift register unit (100) includes an input circuit (110), a pull-up node reset circuit (120), an output circuit (130) and a coupling circuit (140). The input circuit (110) is configured to charge a pull-up node (PU) in response to an input signal; the pull-up node reset circuit (120) is configured to reset the pull-up node (PU) in response to a reset signal; the output circuit (130) is configured to output a first clock signal to a first output terminal (OUT1) under control of a level of the pull-up node (PU); and the coupling circuit (140) is configured to control, by coupling, a potential of the pull-up node (PU) in response to a second clock signal. The shift register unit can reduce a falling edge time of the output signal of the first output terminal, thereby improving the driving capability of the shift register unit.
