摘要： The invention provides mutant Escherichia coli heat labile (LT) and Vibrio cholerae toxin (CT) polypeptides and the polynucleotides that encode them. The mutant LT and CT polypeptides can be readily produced in plants and can be used to treat or prevent diseases caused by E. coli and V. cholera. The polypeptides are also useful as adjuvants.
