The invention relates to a method for the detection and multiplex quantification of analytes in a sample, using functionalised microspheres, whereby said microspheres are magnetised after the sample has been brought into contact therewith. The inventive method is particularly suitable for the detection and multiplex quantification of several analytes by means of flow cytometry. The invention also relates to a kit which is used for the detection and/or quantification of several analytes in order to carry out the inventive method, comprising a suspension of functionalised non-magnetic microspheres, a ferrofluid solution and a solution with at least one conjugate.

The present invention relates to a method for the ELISA dosage on a total blood sample, of the cell activation state of a determined cell population in the sample comprising the phosphorylation state of an intracellular protein involved in a cell signaling path (biomarker). A particular application of the method for the dosage of the phosphorylation state of an intracellular protein according to the invention, relates to the follow-up of agonist agents or antagonists agent for the cell activation of cell populations present in the total blood sample. Such an application can contribute to the therapeutic follow-up of patients or can be used for screening drugs. The application particularly relates in this context to the exploration of hemostasis and in particular to blood coagulation from the observation of the activation of platelets contained in total blood samples.
