摘要: The invention relates to a corrugated, thermally insulated conduit for fluids, e.g. for district heating networks, wherein at least one medium pipe (2) made of plastic or metal is surrounded by a thermal insulation layer (14), consisting of a polyurethane foam for example. The corrugation (25, 26) of the outer jacket (15) made of plastic is formed such that both the corrugation valleys (25) and the corrugation peaks (26) are round, particularly circular. In addition, the corrugation is dimensioned such that the corrugation depth T lies in a range of 4.5 mm to 8 mm for a conduit outer diameter range of 63 mm to 202 mm. This shaping and dimensioning of the conduit results in very good flexibility and thus the ability to roll up the pipe for the transport thereof.

摘要: To produce composite parts (1) having an inner molded part (2) with openings (3) that are accessible from the outside, the molded part is introduced into a molding tool, to the mold wall of which a shell layer (11) has been applied. The cavity between the molded part (2) and shell layer (11) is filled with a thermally insulating plastics foam (12) which foams in the molding tool and connects the molded part and shell layer. After demolding, a composite part is provided which has a good-quality surface formed by the shell layer. A composite part of said type is preferably used for the connection of thermally insulated pipelines.

摘要: A thermally insulated conduit pipe (22) is produced in that an inner pipe (2), onto which an outer pipe (13) has been extruded and which is enclosed by foam, is worked downstream of the extruder (12) with forming tools (16-21) in order to achieve deep undulation. This results in a conduit pipe having a small bending radius.
