    摘要: The invention provides isolated nucleic acids encoding a variety of nucleic acids and proteins having diagnostic, preventive, therapeutic, and other uses. These nucleic acids and proteins are useful for diagnosis, prevention, and therapy of a number of human and other animal disorders. The invention also provides antisense nucleic acids molecules, expression vectors containing the nucleic acids molecules of the invention, host cells into which the expression vectors have been introduced, and non- human transgenic animals in which a nucleic acids molecule of the invention has been introduced or disrupted. The invention still further provides isolated polypeptides, fusion polypeptides, antigenic peptides and antibodies. Diagnostic, screening, and therapeutic methods utilizing compositions of the invention are also provided. The nucleic acids and polypeptides of the present invention are useful as modulating agents in regulating a variety of cellular processes.

    摘要: Novel polypeptides (CNGH0010) and antibodies, including specified portions or variants, specific for at least one such CNGH0010 polypeptide, variant, or fragment thereof, as well as nucleic acids encoding such CNGH0010 polypeptides and antibodies, complementary nucleic acids, vectors, host cells, and methods of making and using thereof, are useful for therapeutic and diagnostic formulations, administration and devices. The aforesaid polypeptides can be used to generate human, primate, rodent, mammalian, chimeric, humanized and/or CDR-grafted anti-CNGH0010 antibodies. The CNGH0010 polypeptides and antibodies are used in modulating or treating at least one CNGH0010-related disease in a cell, tissue, organ, animal, or patient.
