An ultrasonic therapeutic means and an ultrasonic therapeutic system, including the ultrasonic therapeutic means and led by an image device, the ultrasonic therapeutic means includes an ultrasonic therapeutic head(5) which comprises an ultrasonic transducer, a box(3) which contains the ultrasonic therapeutic head(5) and the couplant liquid, a moving unit(1) which drills through the wall of the box and connects the ultrasonic therapeutic head(5), and a compensating unit(2,6) which sets on the box(3) and holds the altitude of the liquid when the moving unit(1) made the ultrasonic therapeutic head(5) moving. The compensating unit(2,6) are set on both sides of the box(3) and incorporates with the box(1), the moving unit(1) drills through both of the compensating unit(2,6). An ultrasonic therapeutic system, includes the said ultrasonic therapeutic means and leads by an image device. The ultrasonic therapeutic system according to present invention eliminates the phenomena of the changing of the couplant liquid, caused by the moving of the ultrasonic therapeutic head(5) moves by the moving unit(1)in the prior art, keeps the stabilization of the liquid in the box, consequently decreases the interference of images result by the changing of the couplant liquid, and increases the precisionof the image device.

The present invention belongs to the technical field of ultrasound therapy, and relates to a swing type high-intensity focused ultrasound therapeutic apparatus and an MRI guided high-intensity focused ultrasound therapeutic system having such a swing type apparatus. The swing type high-intensity focused ultrasound therapeutic apparatus comprises an ultrasound transducer and a moving-locating mechanism thereof, wherein said moving-locating mechanism adopts a swing mechanism which is connected to the ultrasound transducer by a supporting rod. The MRI guided therapeutic system comprises this swing type therapeutic apparatus. In the present invention, the ultrasound transducer moves freely in multiple dimensions and the moving-locating mechanism adopts a swing mechanism, so the interference generated by the MRI guided high-intensity focused ultrasound therapeutic system on the MRI apparatus is quite small and thereby the quality of the ultrasound image obtained is good.

A swinging high intensity focused ultrasound therapeutic apparatus of the present invention comprises an ultrasound transducer and its moving positioning mechanism, wherein said moving positioning mechanism use a swinging mechanism which is connected to the ultrasound transducer through a supporting lever. A MRI guided therapeutic system of the present invention comprises such a therapeutic apparatus. With the present invention, the ultrasound transducer can move flexibly, and since the moving positioning mechanism uses a swinging mechanism, the interference generated by the therapeutic system on the MRI apparatus is very small and the quality of ultrasound image obtained thus is good.

The present invention provides a resonance ultrasonic transducer. The resonance ultrasonic transducer comprises an ultrasound source (1) for transmitting ultrasound, and a reflecting unit (2) disposed opposite to the ultrasound source (1). The ultrasound source (1) and the reflecting unit (2) constitute a resonance cavity. The reflecting unit (2) can also act as an ultrasound source. A specific distribution of the acoustic field may be formed in the resonance cavity by matching the transmitting acoustic field of one ultrasonic transducer with the reflecting acoustic field of the other ultrasonic transducer. This resonance ultrasonic transducer can be widely used in ultrasonic diagnosis device, ultrasonic therapy device and ultrasonic detection device, and carries out effective focusing and controlling of an ultrasonic field.
