摘要:
A resin composition composed of a resin, a vulcanization activator, and a stabilizer, wherein the vulcanization activator may be a compound having two or more polymerizable unsaturated bonds (for example, a compound having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups) and the stabilizer may be an antioxidant or a light stabilizer (particularly, a stabilizer capable of scavenging radicals). The use of the resin composition as resin material enables the direct strong joining of resin to rubber without fail. The vulcanization activator and the stabilizer may be used in amounts of about 0.1 to 10 parts by weight and about 0.01 to 5 parts by weight respectively per 100 parts by weight of the resin. According to the invention, resin compositions excellent in the adhesion to rubber can be obtained.
摘要:
A thermoplastic resin composition material (1) which has a resin part (a)(2) comprising a thermoplastic resin (A), an elastomer part (b) (3) comprising a thermoplastic elastomer (B) having substantially no compatibility with the thermoplastic resin (A) and having a glass transition temperature of -40°C or lower, and a polymer part (c)(4) comprising a high molecular weight polymer (C) having substantially no compatibility with the thermoplastic resin (A) or the thermoplastic elastomer (B) and having either of a glass transition temperature and crystalization temperature of 50 ° C and a viscosity at 40 °C of 0.1 to 200,000 cP, wherein the elastomer part (b) (3) is dispersed in the resin part (a)(2) and the polymer part (c)(4) is dispersed in the elastomer part (b) (3). The thermoplastic resin composition material exhibits significantly improved impact resistance at a low temperature, without detriment to other excellent physical properties inherent in the thermoplastic resin.
摘要:
A resin composition which comprises a thermoplastic elastomer and a glycol or derivative thereof. The thermoplastic elastomer can, for example, be a polyamide type or polyester type thermoplastic elastomer. The thermoplastic elastomer may have a flexible phase constituted of a polyether or polyester. The glycol or derivative thereof can, for example, be a compound represented by the formula (1) (wherein R?1 and R2¿ are the same or different and each represents hydrogen, alkyl, or acyl; A?1, A2, and A3¿ are the same or different and each represents alkylene having 2 or more carbon atoms; and l, m, and n are the same or different and each is an integer of 0 or larger, provided that l+m+n⊃0). The resin composition can have greatly improved low-temperature impact resistance while retaining tensile properties, flexural properties, and heat resistance.
