摘要: There is provided a stator capable of securely preventing radial coming-out of an inter-coil insulator. A stator (5) includes: a stator core (510) having a plurality of tooth portions (512) arrayed with circumferential intervals therebetween; an insulator (530) attached to axial both end faces of the stator core (510); a coil (520) which is wound around the tooth portions (512) of the stator core (510), with the insulator (530) interposed therebetween; and an inter-coil insulator (100) placed between circumferentially mutually neighboring ones of the coil windings (520). The inter-coil insulator (100) is folded at a folding-bottom portion (102) provided so as to extend in an axial direction. The folding-bottom portion (102) is positioned on a distal end side of the tooth portions (512), and a circumferential width of the folding-bottom portion (102) is larger than a circumferential width of a slot opening (95).

Thus, while torque decreases due to large reduction in rotor layering thickness is suppressed, a small-size, lightweight and low-priced compressor motor is provided.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to improve the magnetic flux density on a rotor surface. A first non-magnetic portion (13), a second non-magnetic portion (14), and a third non-magnetic portion (16) are arranged around an axis (Q), from an end toward the center of a permanent magnet burying hole (12). A fourth non-magnetic portion (15) is further provided between the second non-magnetic portion (14) and the third non-magnetic portion (16). Angles around the axis are determined as follows with reference to a position between permanent magnet burying holes. The position between the first non-magnetic portion and the second non-magnetic portion is expressed by a first angle (θ7). The position between the third non-magnetic portion and the fourth non-magnetic portion is expressed by a second angle (2-θ7), and the second angle is twice the first angle. The end of the third non-magnetic portion located closer to the pole center is expressed by a third angle (θ3). The first angle and the third angle are values obtained by dividing 360 degrees respectively by a value that is seven times, and a value that is three times, the number of the permanent magnet burying holes.
